Studio cabin fully equipped for 4 people.
A double bed in an open alcove and a sofa bed in the living room.

The studio is located a stone's throw from the beach and from the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea on one side and the Pyrenees on the other side.

Besides the beach, there is plenty to do in the area. Rosas is a short drive away. The Dali Museum in Figueres is worth more than a detour. On site you will also find a bowling alley, the Windoor, a free fall flight simulator for the more adventurous. The butterfly park will seduce young and old.

Restaurants, shops, laundries are all within walking distance of the studio.

Un peu difficile pour avoir les clefs car la personne parle que l'espagnol, mais la propriétaire réagit rapidement.L emplacement, la vue, le parking c'est genial.Manque juste le ménage qui n'étais pas bien fais ou pas, nous avons eu la visite dune femme de ménage au millieu de notre sejour.

Immeuble de 12 étages certes, mais en "escalier", donc plus on est à un étage élevé, moins il y a d'appartements. Il ne s'apparente en rien à un hlm tels que ceux qu'on peut trouver ailleurs. Étage : à partir du moment où il y a un balcon, il y a un étage. Je suis toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions que mes hôtes ou éventuels hôtes pourraient se poser. Désolée que vos vacances n'aient pas été à la hauteur de ce que vous en espériez.

Schönes kleines 1 Zimmer Appartment

Es handelt sich bei der Wohnung um ein 1-Zimmer Appartment mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch welche nicht räumlich getrennt sind. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen Personen vor Ort. Dafür ist es aber zu klein. Es ist eher für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind geeignet. Im Hochsommer ist es recht Heiß in der Wohnung. Klima gibt es nicht, es ist aber ein Ventilator vorhanden. Es ist Nachts recht laut in der Gegend. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man sich mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort auch in Englisch verständigen könnte bei auftretenden Problemen. Leider geht dies nur in Spanisch oder Französisch. Was vor allem am Telefon ein Problem ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter selber ist sehr Nett und Zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt in Empuriabrava hat uns sehr gefallen und ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.

In meinem Inserat steht, dass es sich um ein Studio handelt, mit einem Doppelbett in einer Nische. Die Fotos sind auch vorhanden. Was den Hausverwalter betrifft, ist es leider schwierig jedemanden zu finden, der etliche Sprachen meistert, sympatisch ist und auch auf die Säuberkeit der Wohnung achtet. Und der Spätabends kommt, wenn Türprobleme vorkommen. In 10 Jahren, ist es der 4. Hausverwalter, und der eizigste auf den ich wirklich zählen kann. Hauptsache, Sie haben trotzdem gute Ferien verbracht.

Annonce qui correspond parfaitement, très bonne communication avec la propriétaire aussi bien par mails que téléphone, ainsi que la personne pour la remise des clés. Petit studio bien placé, pas loin de la plage, du marché, de restaurants, super pour découvrir la région. On reviendra sans hésiter !!!

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Schlüssel Übergabe, haben sich unsere Erwartungen alle erfüllt. Strandnah kurze wege und auch abends konnte sich jeder ausleben. Schoppen Essen gehen oder einfach verweilen.Der Strand und das Wasser einfach top.Die Unterkunft war völlig ausreichend und saubere eingerichtet, und mit dem Aufzug leicht zu erreichen. Da wir auf eine süße Weise, für die Schlüssel Übergabe(Honig)entschädigt wurden,war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne. MfG Familie Nover

La propriétaire et la personne sur place sont très réactives. l appartement correspond à l annonce. Il se trouve dans un Bâtiment d'une dizaine d étages dans un quartier pas très rassurant. (Vol de notre essui glace sur le parking). Des cloisons tres fines qui occasionnent le partage de la vie des voisins. L'appartement est Proche de la plage et du marché.

Je suis désolée d'apprendre que vous avez subi un dommage à votre véhicule. Malheureusement, c'est le lot de toutes les villes du monde, où des jeunes commettent des dégradations. Notre immeuble n'est pas situé dans un quartier "sensible", l'éclairage fonctionne toute la nuit, il n'y a donc aucune raison d'avoir des craintes. En ce qui concerne l'insonorisation, là encore ça dépend des voisins. Depuis le temps que nous venons à Empuriabrava, nous avons rarement eu à nous plaindre du bruit. Vous aurez toujours le petit malin qui descend avec sa valise à roulettes en pleine nuit, mais ça relève d'une question de respect.
