Flat of 60 square meters located on the first floor of the building.

It has two balconies, one facing north-west and the other south-east. It is distributed with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower and dining room equipped with flat screen TV, satellite and a sofa-bed for two children or one adult.

It has a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other, as well as a sofa-bed in the dining room.

Additional information
The minimum stay, outside high season, is 2 nights. Prices are for the entire accommodation, regardless of the number of people staying. Reduced rates from 7 nights onwards.

Prices do not include the tourist tax. This tax must be paid by means of a payment link that we will send you before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the prices and are not obligatory, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. If you wish, they are available for rent upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).

Price of bed linen rental: 10€ per bed.
Towel rental (one hand towel and one bath towel): 5€ per person.
Cot rental price: Subject to availability. Free of charge.

Die Agentur war vor Anreise sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Bei Ankuft vor Ort war schon Personal da und hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Man schaut vom Balkon direkt auf den Hafen und zum Strand sind es nur ca 200 Meter. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten an der Unterkunft und die Innenstadt ist auch innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt gut, aber nicht in der gebuchten Wohnung. Bis 1,5 Std. nach vereinbarter Übernahme niemand zugegen und auch nicht erreichbar. Daher war alternative Unterbringung über Touristinformation erforderlich ohne spätere Kostenerstattung.

Wohnung einfach ausgestattet, aber alles vorhanden und sauber. Zwei tolle Balkone. Toller Blick auf den Hafen. Strand 100 meter entfernt!! Das ist super. Würde auf jedenfall wiederkommen
