Great location, thin walls

This location is awesome!! Just far enough outside the French Quarter to be a great deal but we were able to walk to the FQ and felt safe doing so even walking under the Highway. The check in process was very easy as was check out. Erroll was communicative and we felt great about the stay. The house rules stated that there were to be no parties but the people staying next to us were partying hard and we heard every word and step they took as if they were in the room with us so just be prepared for that. Also there are 4 rooms and a kitchen but only one bed, a futon, and a sofa bed. It seems like the space could be more functional with at least one more bed or bunk bed in one of the rooms. The shower was a little wacky as it would go between ice and burn your skin too. Overall we very much enjoyed our time in NOLA and would definitely recommend this listing for a younger college age group.
