Perfect Location

The place was perfect for three couples to attend Jazzfest. We walked there every day. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great. Street parking was manageable. We had an issue with not enough cups and dishes for 6 people. This was communicated to the property manager and should be rectified. Despite that inconvenience we would happily stay again.

Great property

This 3 bed 3 bath with washer dryer and full kitchen was very clean and in a great area. Short Uber to almost anywhere. Towels, linens and basic necessities were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised

We enjoyed the accommodations. The home was clean and well stocked for our needs.I believe it would definitely be possible to walk to Jazz fest if you were able to walk 1 mile without difficulty.There is a Whole Foods market a few blocks from the place that we walked to and got breakfast supplies. Several well know restaurants nearby, Gabriell’s(get reservations,and very close,walk) crescent city steakhouse ( not our favorite, but I believe it is well known) Parking was main problem. First come first serve, park wherever you can.Bar across the street made us feel like the nights might get wild, but we had no issues.Overall a good stay.

The property was really nice but no wifi working at all and had TV issues in one of the bedrooms which was no big deal, just would've been nice to have internet. I love the location and the culture of the locals.

Birthday trip

Everything was great close to everything nice space nice neighbors. The only issue we had was parking and the tvs in the rooms. We got lucky a couple of times but we will definitely return!!!! 😃 thank you 😊

My stay was super great. The location was very central and close to the CBD, the home was clean and beautiful. I was in awe walking into the home. It was better than the pictures. I felt very secure and at home. Definitely would like to use this property again on my next visit.

Great Location - Great House

The location was secure, the home was nicely furnished and the community was so welcoming. It was close to everything we wanted to do and near gas stations /a drug store. Parking would be the one thing I'd say to be mindful of, but we squeezed in every time we needed to. The welcome board on the home said something about a driveway, but we didn't see one and didn't want to park on the yard. Overall a great stay, I would stay again.

Weekend in LA

The house is nice, clean but its a two apartment building and we could hear every single step the people upstairs were making to the point the entire house was shaking. Weird experience. Location is not too far from the downtown.

Not clean

The home was set up very nice. It looked like it had been recently redone. The cleanliness, however, was not very good. The coffee pot had not been changed from the last users. The filter was still in there with mold all over it. There were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher And the floors were extremely filthy. If we went barefooted, our feet were black and sticky and if we wore socks, our socks were filthy and sticky.

Comfortable Stay!

The space was definitely big enough for all 6 of my family members! The master bedroom is BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately we did have some appliances not work for example the waffle maker and the toaster. As well as the first bedrooms bathroom. Lloyd was very kind, and responsive during the trip, and we were sure to let him know the above concerns for the next guests. Lastly location wise it’s pretty good as well. About 20-25 minutes from MSY airport, 10-15 minutes from Jackson Square, walking distance from a Whole Foods, and a few other restaurants, and food marts we walked to as well!
