Great location and the condo was very nice! Everything was clean and in place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Hopefully, we will be back soon!
We had a multigenerational family ski trip, ages 5 - 80. Great ski-in, ski-out and snow shoe access. Everyone had a great time and thought the location was great!
What an incredible vacation home! The location was just perfect. The home was just the right size for three young families to all stay together. We will be back again for sure!
This home comfortably fit all of our family members (11) with plenty of bedroom/baths and for lounging and together time. We’ll definitely considering this home for skiing as well as summer getaways! Thank you!
Fantastic week along skiing with family. This was our second year staying at the property for Spring Break. It is outstanding. Great location, very updated with lots of room for our extended family of 11. property manager Steve is very easy to communicate with and helped us with grocery delivery, babysitting for one night, and answers any questions about the property. Highly recommend this property.
Second time family ski trip. Perfect location for all levels ski-in/out. Very comfortable. We had heat problem blown off by property manager but instantly attended to by owners including emergency off-hours repair. Will return if not sold.
This property was beautiful and well furnished. Between the new, large TV in each room, the three X-Boxes, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen, you never wanted to leave the property but, with a heated pool and the easy walk to family friendly hiking trails and Beaver Creek Village, we left the house plenty.
We had four adults and five kids and room to spare.
This is one of the cleanest rental properties in which I have ever stayed.
We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the kind words!!! We have two boys and they love to bring their friends here so as you can see the villa is set up for family and friends. Thank again for coming. December 27 to after New Years is available. Super time to bring a crew!!!
This was the perfect ski vacation for our family. This was our first time to Beaver Creek and we needed a place that could accommodate our extended family of 11 including 5 kids. The house was perfect for our crew. Spacious, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome play areas for the kids. Access to ski in ski out was right out the back door and even came with access to a heated pool and hot tub which we took advantage of. The walk to Beaver Creek Village was only 5 minutes. The host and property manager were very nice to work with and responsive including giving some great restaurant recommendations. It was an awesome trip and we can’t wait to come back.
This turned out to be one of my favorite ski vacations ever. We had a group of 10 (2 families with adult children). It was our 16th year of skiing together so we have had plenty of experience with different places to stay in summit county with a big group. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space if they wanted and also for everyone to gather as we did for meals, games and TV watching. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, crockpot, etc.. The dining room was huge so everyone could eat together. Love love love the boot warmers and the setup where we could put our ski stuff right by entrance to the slopes. It was a short trek to the hot tub and heated pool which were well maintained. There were robes in the unit so that everyone could have their own for the walk over to the hot tub. Beaver Creek is an awesome ski resort and the location of this unit was perfect.
This was our third year in a row staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Such a great property, location is incredible, great size for our group of 11 with sleeping areas for everyone. It has become our Spring Break tradition. Steve the property manager is awesome. Great communication and even delivers groceries.
This property is in a wonderful location in beaver creek for ski-in ski-out. It has all the space a family could need to enjoy fun evenings inside. A big family has lots of different areas to enjoy time playing games or watching tv without disturbing other people who are just trying to relax and have a conversation. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. You can't go wrong staying at this property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beaver Creek. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the bunk room and pool table. The ski in/ski out access was very convenient and made the start of the ski day easy. We loved being a short walk to the village for all the shopping, restaurants and ice skating. We will definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Noise, Heavy Construction
Not what we expected. There was heavy (jack hammers, throwing debris into dumpsters beeping of dump trucks) construction all around the location. Noise started 7:15 am and last all day until between 6-7pm, 6 days a week. We left the rental a handful of days earlier. In my dictionary “renovations “ does NOT equate to the above experience.

When you did our vrbo request I could not have been more transparent on the construction. Here was my chat. We even discounted it because of the construction. Our property manager said that Dept of Transportation was the one working on the roads. Here was my chat to you.
I do want to let you know that the pool and hot tub for the community is not available due to exterior repairs and renovations to the Highlands Lodge which sits behind our villa. We are offering a $250 discount for your rental of 7 nights or more to allow for you to join as a family the Park Hyatt Spa, Pool, Hot Tub and Gym for the week. It’s actually good for a month. Our family are members. They require two months membership at $250 a month. Thank you for your interest and let me know so I can approve with the $250 discount.
It was very easy to navigate on line and was everything it said it would be, only criticism would be the challenge with construction noise and parking.

Thank you for your review. As discussed in our vrbo exchanges there would be no pool availability because of construction to the hotel behind us. I was very transparent in my vrbo exchanges. We even gave you a $250 credit to be able to join the Park Hyatt Spa and Gym. Below is the vrbo exchange I sent before you booked.

We had two families with kids. The Xbox, pool table, and quality TV’s made for a great time when not on the slopes... which were steps from the back door. Everyone could be together or have plenty of separation if needed. We would definitely repeat the stay.
My family just returned home after an idyllic week in Beaver Creek staying at this amazing property! Our original booking was at a property in nearby Vail, and less than 2 weeks before we were scheduled to travel, that property owner mysteriously cancelled our stay. We were originally devestated, but with the help of the VRBO agents we were able to book 6 nights at Casa Sola Gratia and boy did we win the jackpot! The townhome is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location just outside of the Beaver Creek Village. There was plenty of room for us all to be together, and also to have our own spaces to relax. We came equipped with our own lysol wipes just in case we felt the need to keep our families extra safe, and each room was so immaculate we felt safe the moment we checked in.
I can't reccomend this property highly enough. My family hopes to be able to stay there again in the future. My only regret is that we couldn't find the "guest book" the property owner mentioned so we could make sure and let them know how much we enjoyed our stay!
(hopefully they get to see my review!) ;)

About the host
Hosted by Laura Crenshaw - Crenshaw Realty
Crenshaw Beaver Creek | Casa Sola Gratia was an inspiration of Jim and Laura Crenshaw for their family as well as an investment. Their youngest son Joshua is an avid skier from age 5 with a strong passion for the Mountain. His older brother, Cooper is an avid Snow Boarder and spends most of his time on the terrain park or chasing his brother down the vast acreage of Beaver Creek. The canvas in the family room was commissioned of the boys accordingly. When the opportunity arose, the Crenshaw's decided to invest into the Ski-In Ski Out Beaver Creek Resort Villa. At the time of purchase the villa was dated. The Crenshaw's used their design team from Raleigh, NC, Judy Pickett | Design Lines, their amazing general contractor, Steve Sandoval who also now property manages the villa and advice from their Realtor, Tricia Gould to gut and remodel the entire villa in 2018. The renovation consisted of a entire demolition and redesign throughout to include the kitchen, stairs to the loft, both master suite bathrooms, stairwell pickets, new flooring through out, ski room and added boot heaters etc...Surround sound Sonos theater system was added to the media room and main living area. High Speed Internet throughout. Judy Pickett | Owner of Design Lines drew the existing in CAD to be able to make the adjustments where bathrooms were reconfigured to maximize the space efficiently. All plumbing, lighting fixtures, tile, hardwood flooring, carpet and reconfiguration were provided by Design Lines in collaboration with the Owner and General Contractor. It was a team effort and we are grateful to be able to provide your family with exactly what we would want for our own family and friends. We have spared no expense on Bedding, Restoration Hardware Sheets | Duvets, Flat Screen TVs, DVD Blue Ray, Surround Sound Theater Systems, XBox Ones, Pool Table, and a Chefs Kitchen appointed with Sub Zero and Thermador Appliances with Webber Gas Grill on Back Deck Overlooking Pool.
