Top Familienurlaub am Atlantik

Auch wenn das Haus über das Angebot uns zunächst eher unscheinbar erschien. .....sich eher mangels Alternativen (wegen unserer sehr späten Suche) quasi aufdrängte;-) .....wir waren sehr positiv überrascht worden und wären gerne eine dritte Woche geblieben! Das Haus hat wirklich Charme und bietet mit seiner Umgebung viel mehr als es per Anzeige verspricht. Und .....man fühlt sich vom Ersten Tage als Gast an einem Ort an dem auch Frankreich seinen Urlaub verbringt..... und ohne Gedränge Wir können Ort und Haus nur empfehlen! Familie Rehbock

Maison sur-vendu

Etat de propreté de la maison à notre arrivée médiocre (sol, tapis, canapé, vaisselle, micro ondes ...) Problème avec la douche de la chambre parentale (robinet thermostatique bloqué sur chaud ou très chaud, odeur d'égout pendant environ 4 jours, bonde du lavabo non fonctionnelle) Tabouret de bar (sale et en mauvais état) Trace de brulure sur le plan snack Lave vaisselle non fixé nous est tombé sur les pieds Piscine pas très propre et froide Non précisé dans la location que les propriétaires on 2 chien (poils un peu partout dans la maison odeur de chien sur le canapé) heureusement personne d'allergique dans notre famille La société de location à très bien réagit en nous envoyant un technicien pour réparer le lave vaisselle , une femme de ménage pour nettoyer le plus gros de la maison ,un plombier pour le robinet de la douche, nous a fournit un aspirateur qui fonctionne , une brosse et une toile à pavé et un oreiller car l'état des traversins dans les chambres ne nous permettaient pas de les utiliser. J'ai contacté le pisciniste a plusieurs reprise pour qu'il règle les soucis (propreté et température), il nous a déposer un robot pour le nettoyage et remonter la température à 28 degré, malgré cela plusieurs soucis avec la pompe a chaleur et la filtration sur 15 jours le pisciniste n'est passé qu'une fois et m'a planté sur 2 rendez-vous. Nous avons mis a sécher tout les coussins des meubles d'extérieur qui ont été sous la pluie pendant plusieurs jours ( cela a pris 4 jours pour qu'on puissent les utiliser) En résumé beaucoup de temps perdu sur nos vacances pour réglé des problèmes domestiques de base. Piscine opérationnelle au bout de 6 jours. J'en oubli certainement mais la société de location doit avoir fait un dossier sur le sujet. La région est sympa , le personnel de l'agence de location professionnelle et réactif mais la maison n'était pas à la hauteur de nos espérance et ne valais pas le prix que nous avons payée Heureusement la météo était de notre coté Cordialement Courraëy Sébastien
