This house is the ideal place to meet up with your family, share a good meal and relax by the pool.
On the ground floor, it consists of the kitchen with its terrace, the TV lounge and the reading lounge, a toilet, the master suite with its bathroom and its dressing room.
On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and a toilet
the bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned.(New!!)
Outside, a wooded plot of 3800m2, with a swimming pool of 12X6 m with its pool house, and its plancha.
You can make beautiful walks from the house, with the Alpine Canal just behind.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle riesige Küche, wunderschöner, sehr gut gepflegter Pool in einem großen privaten Garten. Die Lage ist toll und sehr ruhig, wobei es in den Ort ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß sind. Leider sind die Badezimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im oberen Stockwerk konnte man in einem Bad einen intensiven Kanalgeruch bemerken. Der Check-In war flexibel und persönlich, das Haus gut ausgestattet, wobei ich um diesen Preis erwartet hätte, dass zum Beispiel reichlich Geschirrspültabs zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wir haben sie einfach selbst gekauft (ist ja kein Problem), aber die Vormieter haben dann einfach ohne Geschirrspülmittel den Geschirrspüler bedient und der war dann, als wir ins Haus kamen, verkalkt und dreckig. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, weil einfach wunderschön, wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Dennoch - um dieses Geld sollten auch die oben erwähnten Punkte passen.
