Affordable, close to beach and charming

We loved staying at this cozy apartment close to the beach. Many of Normandy's beautiful and historical attractions can be reached from here. The bed could use a new mattress though - clean but not the most comfortable.

Good location

Very functional well located near the beach very good communication with the owner as well as well we were welcomed by Mme Penglau who made us feel very comfortable so I do recommend this flat

Good for us

The property was exactly what we wanted for a week. Not good ob the fourth floor when the lift went down, but that was only twice. With a small shopping area nearby (try the sit in Pizza place) which was ok for first our first night's needs. Parking was no problem either. There was good communication with the owner and was very detailed.

Accueil trĂšs chaleureux pour nous accueillir dans notre location ( nous aimons ĂȘtre accueillis et pouvoir joindre la personne.La propriĂ©taire Ă©tait bienveillante.Nous nous sentons trĂšs bien aussitĂŽt.Bien agencĂ©, propre avec de l’espace.Vue sur la mer et vraiment pas loin de la plage. Petite rue Ă  traverser.Un super sĂ©jour et nous y retournerons sans soucis.

L'endroit parfait

L'appartement est parfait, trÚs propre, calme et surtout trÚs bien situé (la vue du balcon est juste magique avec le coucher du soleil)

Le logement est trĂšs bien placĂ©, on peut voir la mer du balcon comme sur la photo. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel dans une rĂ©sidence calme. À proximitĂ© du marais, zone de promenade Ă  faire Ă  pied, en vĂ©lo ou mĂȘme en rosalie, du Paleospace (musĂ©e palĂ©ontologique) Ă  visiter et un petit train pour apprendre un peu plus de l'histoire de Villers-sur-mer tout en faisant le tour de la ville. Nous avons trĂšs bien Ă©tĂ© accueilli par Mme Penglau lors de notre arrivĂ©e. Nous sommes trĂšs content de notre sĂ©jour Ă  Villers-sur-mer.

Appartement trÚs bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, un gros coup de rafraßchissement pour plus de modernité et de confort, la proximité du bord de mer nous a fait oublier tout cela,parkings dans une autre résidence un peu plus loin mais pas dérangeant.

Le studio est bien équipé mais la salle de bains/wc est minuscule ... Nous avons pu rayonner vers les plages du débarquement et vers Honfleur, Etretat.

Schöner Ort mit grossem Strand

Wohnung ist okay fĂŒr ein paar Tage, Badewanne ist unter einer SchrĂ€ge, d.h. man muss sich rein setzen zum duschen....ungĂŒnstig....bei grosser Hitze ist die Wohnung unangenehm , unterm Dach und ohne Klimaanlage

Villers, la mer et l'air...

Merci pour ce logement bien équipé, la literie est bonne. Séverine est trÚs accueillante et la propriétaire disponible aussi. Pour 2 personnes c'est l'idéal. Le balcon face à la mer est un plus (++) appréciable.

Appartement bien situĂ© et agrĂ©able. Quelques oublis pour le mĂ©nage. Durant notre sĂ©jour, nous n'avons pas eu de chance, des propriĂ©taires indĂ©licats ont rĂ©alisĂ© des travaux bruyants, malgrĂ© l'interdiction. Petit bĂ©mol Ă©galement pour la salle de bain oĂč il est trĂšs difficile de prendre une douche

Super SĂ©jour en Normandie

Excellent petit sĂ©jour ma fille et moi, l appartement trĂšs fonctionnel et manger sur le balcon en face du couchĂ© de soleil sur la mer est une expĂ©rience trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. SĂ©verine la gĂ©rante de l'appartement est trĂšs sympa, trĂšs bon contact, le lieu de l appart est un peu loin du centre ville mais se situe par contre Ă  50 m de la plage et du poste de sauveteur en mer, un plus. Bon c'est le temps de Normandie, mais mĂȘme avec le vent et la pluie on s'est baignĂ© ma fille et moi, on en a profitĂ© Ă  fond !!!! un petit centre commercial Ă  5 minutes et un bon restau sur la plage, il est vrai qu il manque un peu de distraction le soir, ou alors faut prendre la voiture !!! Nous sommes trĂšs content de cette semaine, tout s'est dĂ©roulĂ© sans problĂšme, ma fille est ravie, c'est l'important !!!! C'est une adresse que je mets de cĂŽtĂ© dans ma tĂȘte, un bon plan pour passer de bonnes vacances !!!!!
