Large five-bedroom family house, built in stone, in a dominant position, offering a magnificent panorama of the sea, the sandy beach and the Ehbiens islands.
Located near the Golf of Pen Guen.
The property is embellished with a large garden planted with roses, hydrangeas and various tree species.
A south-facing stone terrace overlooks the bay and allows you to have lunch facing the sea.
Access to the house is via a private stone path that leads to the front door.
The house consists of three levels and all the bedroom windows have a view of the sea.
Ground floor ,
Living room with fireplace and beautiful sea view opening onto the south-facing terrace.
Barbecue and garden furniture available in summer. Exceptional sea view from the terrace.
Dining room also with sea view and extending table for ten people.
A bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, beautiful sea view and adjoining shower room. Separate toilets.
A large entrance leads to the kitchen equipped with a gas stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso, mixer, toaster etc.
First floor.
Master bedroom with double bed, and arched window opening onto a magnificent panorama. Private bathroom with bath-shower, sink, bidet, dressing room. Separate toilets.
A second bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and adjoining bathroom and a small sea and countryside view.
The garden level opens onto a large lawn facing the sea and consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom is common to the two bedrooms with bath-shower, sink, bidet, toilet, storage cabinet. Possibility of independent entrance for these two rooms.
Boiler room with Wiessman oil boiler. Washing machine, additional fridge. Iron and ironing board in the basement.

Fantastic Holiday Home in Brittany!

If you are looking for a wonderful Brittany experience, look no further! This is a wonderful stately home in a fantastic location, overlooking the beach! Enjoy time on the terrace, or looking over the ocean from the living room. There is much to do in the area including several great restaurants within a short drive. Walk to the beach. Hosts are wonderful and attentive to any needs. This was a memorable stay we shall never forget!

Lovely house in need of renovation!

We stayed 2 weeks,with 4 adults, in this really beautiful house. Check-in and -out went perfectly. The garden is beautiful and wonderful for dogs because it’s fully closed. However when we arrived, the kitchen and the whole ground floor were so dirty we needed to clean for a day. There were spiders everywhere, it seems like no one had cleand under the furniture (especially the beds) for years. In the kitchen you couldn’t touch anything because it was so sticky and we had to run all the dishes through the dishwasher because they were so dirty… The big bathroom on the first floor was thankfully very clean, the guest toilets unfortunately not. It would be also very important to know that there are two bedrooms (one with a double Bed and one with two beds) and also the other big bathroom are situated in the cellar, where it smelled very strongly of fuel oil because of the old heating. We were very lucky that we didn’t had to use this floor. So actually the house is not practical for the amount of people the owner suggests. Also good to know is that you cannot park your car directly at the house, you have to walk a small path up, which isn’t the best for older people. Apart from that the house, the view, the garden and the beach was really beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à la Hune dans une VRAIE maison de famille, avec beaucoup de charme et des photos perso, ce qui a beaucoup plu à tout le monde. On se sent un tout petit peu dans la famille des propriétaires et c'est très plaisant.Petit bémol cependant pour certains matelas et quelques chaises longues supplémentaires seraient également les bien venues.Nous sommes prêts à revenir avec grand plaisir.

Un endroit de rêve, un excellent rapport qualité-prix et des hôtes charmants

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à La Hune dans la seconde moitié d'août 2022 et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La propriété est située directement en face d'une belle plage. C'est une vraie maison familiale avec un jardin fantastique (vaste et clôturé, donc très adapté aux chiens) et des terrasses ensoleillées. Vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil dans la chambre principale. Le contact avec l'hôte a été très agréable également. En bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement La Hune à tous ceux qui recherchent une superbe maison à proximité d'une belle plage.

Très belle maison, très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans cette très belle maison, son beau jardin, et sa vue magnifique. Elle est bien aménagée et confortable, il ne manque rien. Nombre de marchés proches permettent un ravitaillement de qualité. La grande plage de Pen Guen est à 2 minutes, et offre beaucoup d'occupations. Et il y a de nombreuses autres plages et balades à découvrir à moins de 30 mn. La propriétaire est très accueillante et attentive à ce que tout se passe au mieux.
