Newly Renovated Hidden Gem

Charming 2 BR bungalow with a recent to-the-studs remodel completed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. New everything, fresh and clean!

We have worked very hard to renovate this charming home just for you and hope that you love it! There is a queen bed and twin bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. All mattresses are comfortable memory foam with layered bedding and soft sheets to ensure you get a great night's sleep. The chic kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig with a variety of pods and bagged tea. You will find the pantry stocked with pancake mix and syrup as well as oatmeal and basic staples. Enjoy that coffee and breakfast on the back deck and bask in the morning sunshine to make sure you get your day started off right. Beside the deck is a charcoal grill available for use and we just put in horseshoe pits and put up a hammock for some outdoor fun and relaxation when the weather is nice! An assortment of board games and coloring books are provided and there is also a pack and play should you be traveling with an infant. There is a dollar store across the street should you need items beyond what's provided.

You will have access to the entire property including the large yard with enormous pecan trees--feel free to enjoy some if they're in season! You'll be given a code to access the electronic lock so that check in is effortless and at your convenience.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Property is inspected and cleaned after each guest and if it is found that you smoked in the house you will be charged for additional cleaning and smoke removal. There is a doorbell camera and two more exterior cameras recording for the safety and security of guests and the property. One covers the front of the house and the other the back of the house.

A brief Stillwater stay

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to check in a bit early to fix a home cooked dinner for our OSU daughter and a few of her friends. This was our second stay at this home and once again it was easy to feel right at home.

We were family members visiting OSU and Pawhuska Pioneer Woman Mercantile. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. 5 stars for sure on everything about the house itself! Not the best neighborhood in town, but all was well.

Very nice and homey

Our stay at the property was very nice. We felt at home and all slept well in the beds. I personally loved the water pressure in the shower as lots of hotels have horrible water pressure. We used the washer and dryer which were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!!

This was the perfect little house for my daughter and I to stay in while my son was at camp at OSU. It was close to campus which made it easy for multiple runs a day to drop things off. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. The host was AMAZING having and went above and beyond. My daughter and I have already decided if my son goes to camp in Stillwater again next year we will FOR SURE be booking a stay here again!

Wrestling weekend

We came for the weekend to compete at a wrestling tournament! It was close to everything we needed. It was clean and they had so much at the house that we didn’t need to worry about anything!!!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Host and Cozy Property

We had a fantastic stay im this cozy home! property! It is clear the owner cares about the guest experience. The home was spotless, recently remodeled, and stocked with all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. When we had a minor issue with the heating, the owner responded to our message immediately—even on a Friday night—and had it resolved within a couple of hours. This level of responsiveness has set a high bar for other hosts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained property with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We'll definitely be looking to book this property for future visits!
