Family holiday home located at Cap de la Hague between the Goury lighthouse, Ecalgrain Bay, and the unmissable Port Racine, ideal for lonely couple, families, or groups of friends, accommodating amazing for 2, adapted to 18 people.

Longère, a former stone farmhouse with a slate roof, completely renovated and decorated with the help of our friends on the peninsula. The house offers a rare land and sea view from every rooms.

The house, accommodating a total of 18 people with possible baby cot, is divided into two parts:

* A main section with:

- on the ground floor, large, open-plan rooms with sea views: a kitchen with oak parquet flooring opening onto a large solid wood bar table, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room equipped with a wood-burning stove (table with extensions seating 12-14 people + 6 people at the bar table);

- upstairs, a total of 3 double bedrooms and 6 single beds.

* A second, independent section, renovated with a warm and inviting atmosphere, with:

- a custom-designed open-plan kitchen, a living room with a 6-seater table and sea views,

- upstairs, 1 double bedroom and a dormitory with 3 + 1 single beds, ideal for a family.

Two gardens, each suited to different winds and weather conditions: one with a sea view, exposed to the elements, a favorite play area for children, perfect for lunches and drinks with friends; the other sheltered and bathed in sunlight amidst young plantings, offering a more peaceful and cozy atmosphere.

The entire property is equipped with fiber optic internet/Wi-Fi.

A grocery store/restaurant is located 5 minutes from the house, and several other quality restaurants are nearby. It's an ideal location for water sports (fishing, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, etc.) and long hikes along the coastal path. The beaches of Ecalgrain and Port Racine are suitable for children, with choices depending on the tides and prevailing wind. For a change of pace, there are also the beaches of Urville or Vauville, and don't miss the unmissable dunes of Biville!

Special points:
- Minimum rental period;
- Preparation/cleaning fee: €120;
- A €500 security deposit is required before arrival (bank transfer or check), and will be returned within 14 days of departure.

In the event of damage, loss, or deterioration (beyond normal wear and tear), the tenant's liability insurance may be used as the primary claimant.
