About this property

Family house with land and sea view (180°), typical of the Cotentin peninsula

Magnificent family holiday home located at the Cap de la Hague between the Goury lighthouse, the wild beach of Ecalgrain and the unmissable Racine port.

Longère, old stone and cut stone farm, slate roof, completely renovated and decorated with the help of our friends from the peninsula. Entire house, not overlooked, offering a rare exceptional land and sea view from all the rooms of the house.

Two gardens depending on the winds and the weather, one with a sea view exposed to the elements, a favorite space for children to play, lunches and aperitifs with friends, the other sheltered and bathed in sunshine in the middle of young plantations for a calmer and warmer moment.

The house (total of 17 to 18 places + 2 baby beds) consists of a main part with on the ground floor large rooms with sea view:
- kitchen with oak parquet flooring with a beautiful wooden table/bar,
- living room with fireplace,
- dining room equipped with a wood stove (table with extension suitable for 12 pax + 6 pax bar table),
- a total of 3 double bedrooms, and 6 single beds.

A second part, entirely independent, can accommodate a family (1 double bedroom) with 3 or 4 children (1 dormitory). It has a kitchen, small living room, dining room, bathroom and toilets.

The whole is equipped with internet via fiber.

A grocery store / restaurant is located 5 minutes from the house, several quality restaurants in the surrounding area. Ideal place for sea activities (fishing, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, ...) and long hikes on the customs path. Ecalgrain and Port Racine beaches suitable for children, choice according to the tides and the prevailing wind, Urville or Vauville beaches to diversify, and the unmissable dunes of Biville!

Special points:
- rental period 5 days minimum;
- cleaning fee 150€ (to be given in cash at the entrance);
- household linen on request 10€/bed (to be given on arrival);
- deposit 500€ to be paid before entering the premises (cash or transfer), returned within 14 days max. If applicable, claim deducted (or use of liability insurance) for any breakage or damage outside normal use.

This spacious house, with an extraordinary land and sea view, is ideal for holidays with friends (3 to 4 couples with children) or for a large family.
