Luxurious modern rustic house on Lake Blue Ridge - sleeps 14

Come relax in the Southern Appalachian Mountains and stay on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge. This retreat is the real deal!! You will not want to leave. We have spared no expense to make this a luxurious, comfortable and relaxing experience for our guests.

The house was built in 2019 and has every modern luxury you could need for a wonderful getaway. The Great Room has a massive vaulted ceiling with a wall of windows overlooking Lake Blue Ridge. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (bunk room sleeps 6). This retreat has all the amenities - brand new upscale furnishings, four fireplaces, 8 TVs, and a fully stocked modern chef's kitchen. It is a 2 minute walk to Lake Blue Ridge Marina and a 4 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge. Enjoy two outdoor living spaces with an amazing view of pristine Lake Blue Ridge and mountains in the distance (both have fireplace and TV), single slip private dock (with upper deck), huge fire pit, games galore, private hot tub, indoor lounge area, full size cocktail arcade table with over 400 games, indoor shuffleboard table, outdoor ping pong, large poker table, canoe, kayaks, float toys, gas grill.......the list goes on. Bring your boat or rent one locally. This house is perfect for 6 adults plus kids (8 adults without kids). High end luxury towels , bathroom amenities, and luxury bedding throughout. Outdoor teak dining table for 12, indoor dining table for 10 next to counter with 4 stools so the dining area seats 14 total. We promise you that the upstairs outdoor living area will become your new "happy place".

As you open the front door to this retreat you will quickly realize that we have put much thought and effort into making this a great experience for our guests. We are confident that you will create some amazing vacation memories at Ridge Haven Retreat!!!

***Guests will not have use of the garage for parking. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway and parking area.

***Please be aware that there a lot of stairs going from the lake to the house (see property pictures). This may be an issue if you have mobility problems or small children.

*** Lake Blue Ridge is controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). This means that the lake water level is lowered during the off season..... the dock may sit on dry lake bed from approximately early-September to late-April. We will try to "chase the water" (move the dock out to deeper water as the level is lowered) to the best of our ability. You can view typical water levels here: http://blueridge.uslakes.info/Level/

Simply wonderful!

The pictures online look beautiful but does not compare in person. This house is so well done and very thought out. Two levels of premium outdoor space with fireplaces and plenty of wood for days. My kids and husband enjoyed the ping pong and arcade game and a game of poker. Boys loved having hot tub outside to enjoy the views. If you happen to enjoy cooking on vacation then this kitchen is a dream. Very well stocked. Yes there are a few stairs to the water but it really is an easy walk and the stairs are wide and very manageable. Owner was very accessible and helpful for recommendations. Randomly asked him for a place to walk for exercise not hiking and he nailed it, Lake Blue Ridge Recreation Area. This place was even better than I hoped for and we will definitely be back. Did not want to leave. Thank you David for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Family & Friends Getaway

This was just the perfect house for what we needed as family and friends. Everything we were looking for, wanted and more. 6 night stay, which ultimately wasn’t enough. We rented a boat from an outside vendor for 3 days which didn’t give us enough time to utilize everything the house had to offer. Location location location was amazing, on the lake, marina bar/restaurant a stones throw away, and downtown Blue Ridge a 5 minute drive. 4 fireplaces and a fire pit……..we can’t wait to come back in the Winter!!!

Wonderful property and hosts!

This home is perfect for a family with teens. There is so much for them to do. The lake is certainly perfect for all the entertainment you need but in the evenings it was fantastic for them to play poker or hang in the hot tub or play ping ball. Grateful for the chance to have a weekend here!

Luxurious Lakefront home

I and my family can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. The outdoor and indoor living spaces were extremely comfortable and clean. We enjoyed upscale furnishings, linens, dishes, appliances and cooking equipment. Perfect location. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Amazing home!

The house is absolutely stunning just as the pictures show. Everything was very well stocked (trash bags, toilet paper, etc). There was even firewood for the fire pit! Our crew loved playing on the rafts and kayaks in the lake and relaxed in the hot tub.

Awesome property

We had a blast on Blue Ridge lake. The house is beautiful and was the perfect size for our group with plenty to do on rainy days. It was my 60th birthday celebration! The town is close by with restaurants and groceries. We also enjoyed whitewater rafting on Oconee River. David is very responsive to questions. We will stay again!
