The lakefront is available exclusively for your enjoyment. Sit on the dock and soak up some rays or enjoy a nightly star gaze. 1 canoe and 1 foam board are available for your use!

This cottage was purchased in April 2020 and it's brand new. I fell in love with the outdoors and I found myself frequently visiting parks that were close to lakes where I could go on long hikes with my dog. I've worked for various manufacturing companies and I found joy in being able to share my passion for the cottage life with others.

I fell in love with the outdoors and I found myself frequently visiting parks that were close to lakes where I could go on long hikes with my dog. I've worked for various manufacturing companies and I found joy in being able to share my passion for the cottage life with others.
Why they chose this property
This cottage is perfect in that it is waterfront and connected to Lake Simcoe. In the winter folks are able to take their ATVs and drove across the frozen lake, go ice-fishing, or ice skating and in the summer you're able to go boating, kayak/canoe, fishing, and so much more.
What makes this property unique
Proximity - There is a national park that is a few minutes away that is ideal for hikes and Casino Rama is only 15 minutes away if you are into live shows, gambling, and entertainment. Moreover, Orillia is a city filled with many big-box retailers and specialty shops so you will always be close to the essential supplies you need. The location is amazing in that you get the country feel but you're not that far away either.
