Amenities include two kayaks, a fire pit under a gazebo on the lower deck, lounge chairs, a dock for fishing or swimming, and a large floater on the water in warmer months. The suite consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a Keurig coffee machine, two soft robes and an electronic massage cushion. The living room has two cushy chairs, a couch, basic cable TV and a DVD player, a music player with CDs, small and large tables for WiFi and dining, and a wide selection of books. The full guest bathroom is private with toiletries and a hair dryer. A continental breakfast of warm croissants and jams, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, granola, milk and hard-boiled eggs is served indoors or out. Located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, many restaurants, shops, parks, and breweries abound with over 100 wineries. We have tasting passes for some favorites. Seattle and the airport are easily accessible, as are further excursions into the country to Snoqualmie Falls or Tree House Point. There are hiking and biking trails nearby. Eagles from a nearby nest often soar above the lake while various waterfowl, deer, otter and other wildlife frequent this peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street. The lake is stocked and fish are seen commonly leaping in the air. Gas motors are prohibited on the lake, ensuring quiet. We are five miles to Ste Michelle winery, with its popular summer concerts. Cozy in the cooler months and active in the warmer ones our suite on the lake makes a perfect venue for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or simply an enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. John and Beth have truly created something special here. It’s one of those places that immediately puts you at ease the moment you arrive. The views are incredible, and the whole space has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight, especially with the picture perfect lake view right in front of us. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the heaters kept the space at the perfect warm temperature, making it comfortable no matter the time of day.If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with great ambiance and attention to detail, this is it. We’d absolutely come back.
We had a great stay in this great property. The view is beautiful and outdoor space and hot tub really helped make our stay great. The hosts are also really kind and attentive. Also, who doesn’t love a breakfast delivered right to you!
John and Beth made our honeymoon so special. They were kind and warm and gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants. I can’t wait to go back!
Beth and John were an absolute delight to stay with! The pictures do not do this scenic escape justice. We had a delicious breakfast overlooking the lake every morning, as well as rejuvenating nights in the hot tub. We were only there for a few days, but it truly felt like staying with family. My boyfriend and I kept saying it felt like, "a mini vacation inside our vacation." You won't want to miss it!
Hosts John and Beth saw to our every need. Served an excellent healthy breakfast with a smile. Always ready with recommendations for local restaurants and hiking trails. Lovely tranquil spot for relaxing and decompressing.
Highly recommend!! We loved staying here and will be back!
My partner and I stayed here for two nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay :-) John and Beth are so accommodating and kind! The property is beautiful and peaceful. Thanks so much for welcoming us into your B&B !! We had a beautiful time. Cannot wait to come back!
This B & B has it all! The property is just beautiful, with so many spots to sit and enjoy the gorgeous lake. Even the hot tub is set in a location to gaze out at the night sky and the lights reflecting off of the water. The hosts are so warm, friendly and accommodating as well ~ we were even serenaded with a song during our lovely breakfast. Such great people & a great spot!
What a wonderful weekend we had at John and Beth’s place! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed the added benefits of the kayaks and having cozy fires down by the lake. On top of all that delicious breakfasts and some fantastic live music. What a treat it was staying here.
John and Beth were absolutely the kindest people i have ever encountered. Their warm reception and care to the purpose of my visit was obvious. I would recommend. The Bald Eagles were the best natural bonus but the grounds are thoughtfully beautiful too!
You want a Northwest shimmering lake with hot tub, views, neatly-tended gardens, firepit/gazebo, delightful breakfast served in a rustic wooden box while overlooking the lake and two of the nicest hosts (plus their adorable yellow lab pup) we've ever met? Then this is your place. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely place.
Such a wonderful, relaxing, and quiet place for me and my wife to stay for an overnighter. And can't thank the owners enough for the special touches left as part of this bday getaway. The view from the downstairs lodging is just incredible - a serene lake, and we even saw swans this morning! Such a great place and great people! We really intend to be back sooner than later! Thank you!!!

Excellent spot for a quick trip
We really enjoyed staying here! Wanted to stay near home but get away from Seattle for a bit so we stayed at the Cottage Lake Bed and Breakfast for a quick one night trip. It was a great experience and the whole place has great views of the lake. Very peaceful and very comfortable. The hosts were also excellent! They couldn't have been friendlier. My favorite part of the stay was sitting on the dock drinking coffee in the morning, watching a bald eagle catch breakfast.
My friend and I wanted a quiet night away. We were greeted upon arrival, given a tour and a glass of wine, and left to enjoy the quiet, views and the hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Our favorite was drinking our coffee on the dock. We'd both return
The property was beautiful: well tended gardens, a deck looking over the lake, and a dock with chairs.
We were greeted by the hosts and interacted with them daily. They brought breakfast and would leave the tray in our room for convenience. Upon our arrival, they had placed a birthday cake on the table to greet us.
The property was in a convenient location for meeting friends, getting to highways or just sitting by the lake.
There were kayaks for our use.
Thank you, Jack and Beth, for a lovely stay!
The property was beautiful. I was planning a surprise for my wife and we didn’t get into town until late. John was super accommodating and sweet. Made sure we had everything we needed. They even left a cute Happy Birthday banner with a piece of cake for my wife’s birthday, a really sweet touch. The next morning we got to look out over the lake and it’s really unlike any place we’ve ever stayed. We were greeted by their sweet pup and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and we fully intend on staying here again in the future.
The host and property was spectacular. The host were so kind and even helped me out setting up my proposal and everything. My Fiancé and I enjoyed everything about it. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back again.
John, Beth, and Sadie (their dog) were all very kind and inviting. The area was secluded and right next to the hot tub. The view of the lake was beautiful and they had kayaks to take out. The breakfast was more than I expected and they even went out of their way to get milk alternatives for me. It was the perfect secluded escape I was looking for and I will definitely be going back.
