In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, and more specifically the Layon region, the key to your stay will be rejuvenation in this fully renovated single-story cottage. Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the Loire, Europe's longest wild river, its flora and fauna, its numerous open-air cafés open seasonally, and its famous Loire à Vélo cycle route, just 3.8 km from the cottage.

The cottage enters through a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals. It opens onto a bright and welcoming living room with a decorative wood-burning stove. A small corridor leads to: - a double bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed with a walk-in closet and wall storage - a second, smaller bedroom (7.2 m²) with a bunk bed (140 cm x 190 cm on the bottom and 90 cm x 190 cm on the top) - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.

You can enjoy the private terrace and garden on beautiful sunny days! A barbecue, molky, and lounge chairs will punctuate your stay while admiring the exceptional view. Private parking at the cottage allows you to easily unload your suitcases. The winegrower owners will be happy to show you around their wine estate located 7 km from the cottage.
