A comfortable 20-square-meter studio with a balcony, ideally located 300 metres from Bonnegace Beach and a 20-minute walk from the stunning, quintessentially Provençal village of Sanary-sur-Mer. Located within a secure residence with a caretaker in a very quiet area, the apartment comes with its own parking space and access to the shared pool at no extra cost. It’s close to all amenities—shops, activities, beaches, and sightseeing—and you won’t need a car once you’re there. It is designed for 2 people. Amenities:
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, worktop fridge, and kitchen utensils
- Living area with a 140cm sofa bed and TV
- Balcony with washing machine
- Hallway with storage closet and hangers

No air conditioning and no Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning not included.
