The apartment is upstairs, has a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom includes a King bed and TV and private bathroom has a shower, a private terrace and a dining area. You have access to common areas: garden, swimming pool and a roof terrace with a 2nd swimming pool, relaxation area and BBQ.

Casa Mtl Tulum is ideal for people who love adventure and want to immerse themselves in local Mexican life. Our condos are 5 minutes from restaurants, 15 minutes from Tulum Center and 20 minutes from the beach. We have 2 apartments with one bedroom and 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms. Each apartment has a private terrace and access to the garden, swimming pool, a roof terrace with pool relaxation area and BBQ.

Stays of 28 nights or more.
The price includes gas, internet, and bedding.

Electricity, cleaning, and linen cleaning are NOT included.

Got what I paid for

The outside is pretty shabby, not like the photos, and not a great neighborhood plus a loud nightclub close by. You have to pay extra to use the bicycles in the photos. I was allotted 2 rolls of T.P. for 9 nights and then had to buy my own. No tissue or paper towel or handsoap. Room was clean and orderly. I would have passed this by because it was so inexpensive but the previous comments were so nice. I ended up leaving 3 days early .

Superbe endroit

Superbe endroit, proche du centre de Tulum. Les appartements sont neufs et très bien équipés. Des notre arrivée nous avons été très bien reçus, les propriétaires sont sur place et sont très accueillants. Chaque appartement a son espace privé, que ce soit une terrasse ou un balcon. Nous avions un balcon et c'était vraiment parfait pour les petits déjeuners. La piscine au sel est très belle et l'eau de la température parfaite. Les propriétaires mettent à disposition des vélos gratuitement. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Quel endroit incroyable!

Voyageurs habitués aux forfaits tout-inclus nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la beauté et le confort des lieux, sans parler de l'accueil de Josh et Mario!! La Casa Mtl-Tulum est très bien située, près du Centro, restos, épiceries et plages merveilleuses avec accès facile en vélo. Nous recommandons fortement l'endroit sans hésiter et prévoyons bien sûr y retourner!!

wer eine perfekte Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig! Mario und Josh sind hervorragende Gastgeber, Tipps für den perfekten Strandtag, den nächsten Einkauf oder einen Ausflug gesucht? Die Beiden haben die Antwort. Die Appartements sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte ist das in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kein Problem. Der Pool bietet Entspannung nach einem Ausflug oder einfach zum Abschluss eines Tages. Der kleine Garten ist eine Augenweide. Fahrt hin und seht es euch an, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen! Fabulous low-key spot

We came here wanting a relaxing stay after hectic, touristy Cancun and loved it! The apartment was great and stocked with everything we needed. There is a little store across the street for snacks, etc. and this apartment is close to everything. Josh and Mario were super, even allowed our seven-year-old to invade their space to satisfy his World Cup viewing. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a local experience. Thank you! We were fortunate enough to stay at Josh and Mario's apartment for our honeymoon. Josh and Mario made our trip extra special and made us feel like we were at home. They were always willing to go above and beyond to help us with any needs at the house or in the area. Josh gave the best recommendations for the area and was very helpful with guiding us through Tulum. Every restaurant or activity that he recommended was exactly what we were looking for. The room was beautiful and very clean. Any supplies you would need can be found in the room. We enjoyed the local food but took advantage of the full kitchen and the beautiful balcony for our dinners. The pool is just like the pictures and was very enjoyable for lounging. The downtown area is within walking distance but the bikes made cruising the area a lot of fun. The beach is close by but is easier access on bike or by car. Mario and Josh, we can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience and for making our honeymoon and Christmas Eve dinner so memorable. You both are amazing!

Fantastic owners and beautiful property!!!

My wife and I loved this place! Josh and Mario were wonderful hosts and eager to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect for us - we could walk or bike to town and restaurants everyday. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The room was super clean and just the right size. We definitely plan on returning!
