Meet Your Hosts
Hi! We’re longtime beach lovers who now call Marco Island home. Originally from Ohio, we’ve been married for 28 wonderful years and moved to Florida shortly after tying the knot. We raised three amazing kids—now proud (and one recently graduated!) University of Florida Gators—and are thrilled to be living in this little slice of paradise.
You can often find us taking long walks on the beach, exploring new destinations, or spending time in the kitchen—especially since I grew up in a family where cooking brought everyone together. My husband is also an avid fisherman with plenty of Marco Island fishing tales—some more believable than others!
While he works full-time, my husband is our go-to handyman and regularly checks on the property between guest stays. He also enjoys adding thoughtful touches and fun new upgrades to make our homes even more enjoyable.
We live just minutes away and take great pride in offering clean, welcoming spaces for our guests. Our wonderful local property manager is always available if you need anything during your stay, and we’re happy to answer questions anytime.
We hope you’ll feel right at home—and fall in love with Marco Island just like we did.

Why they chose this property
When we moved to Florida several years ago, we stayed in a friend’s rental on Marco Island—and instantly fell in love. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful water views, and friendly island vibe won over our whole family. It didn’t take long before we knew we wanted a place of our own here.
In January 2020, we found the perfect fit: a spacious waterfront home with stunning views of Clam Bay. The quiet setting, open layout, and easy water access made it a dream come true—not just for us, but for future guests too.
We live locally and hope to retire full-time on Marco Island (sooner rather than later!) In the meantime, we love sharing this home with others looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in a truly special place. Guests often tell us how much they enjoy the space, the view, and the calm, welcoming vibe—and we couldn’t agree more.

What makes this property unique
What sets our property apart is its prime location and personal touch. Just a short walk or bike ride from Tigertail Beach Park and several popular restaurants, it’s ideal for guests who love to explore Marco Island without always relying on a car. Our realtor — who’s seen countless homes across the island — calls the view from our property “the best on Marco,” and we agree. The ever-changing water, wildlife, and sunsets truly make this a special place.
As a local family living and working full-time in Collier County, we’re close by and deeply invested in the care of our home. That means we’re able to monitor the property regularly and ensure everything stays in top condition. If any questions or issues arise, our local property manager is available to respond quickly — and we're always just a call away. We take great pride in being responsive and proactive, so you can relax and enjoy a stress-free stay.
