Exceptional Stay in a Family-Friendly Gem

Our multi-generational family, including young children and a wheelchair user, had a truly fantastic stay at Villa "Shanti". Right from the start, we were impressed by the cleanliness, modernity, and well-thought-out facilities. The house was spacious and accessible, making it easy for our entire family, including my wheelchair-using wife, to move around comfortably. The outdoor pool was a delightful oasis - clean and well-maintained, and a particular favourite with the kids and adults alike. The quiet location was a dream, offering peace and tranquillity while being conveniently close to wonderful sites for exploration. We particularly appreciated the onsite parking, which made our outings to Ingres Museum and Place Nationale so hassle-free. The owners, who were incredibly friendly and attentive, made us feel so welcome. Their kindness was highlighted when they brought us two fresh melons during their visit to clean the pool. It was such a personal touch that made our stay feel even more special. Moreover, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the house was stocked with useful provisions, which we were graciously allowed to use. Overall, Villa "Shanti" is a perfect holiday retreat that catered to all our needs and exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay near Toulouse.

Séjour agréable mais…

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, la maison et les chambres sont spacieuses et on ne se marche pas dessus. Cela dit, il existe quelques points noirs à notifier : - le chauffe eau n’est pas assez grand pour 10 personnes, il faut penser à le lancer en marche forcée dès le matin afin que chacun puisse prendre au moins une douche chaude dans la journée - Le lave vaisselle ne lave pas bien à basse température, il faut le lancer en programme chaud et long pour ne pas avoir à relaver par la suite. - l’éclairage extérieur n’est pas suffisant, que ce soit au niveau du barbecue, de la piscine ou pour jouer à la pétanque, il faut penser à apporter des lampes supplémentaires - la piscine ne peut pas etre bachée le soir donc, l’eau n’etant pas chauffée, reste très fraiche - Il n’y a pas de patères dans la salle de bain principale, on ne peut donc pas accrocher les serviettes et il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche dans la baignoire donc on ne peut pas se rincer. On a du laver notre bébé de 14 mois qui ne tient pas encore debout dans la douche afin de pouvoir le rincer après savonnage. - le rafraichissement de la maison par le sol ne peut PAS être considéré comme une climatisation : nous avons vécu dans le noir pour tenter de préserver un peu de fraicheur mais il ne faisait pas frais dans la maison et nous n’avions pas la possibilité de maitriser la température. Ce dernier point est le plus négatif car nous avions fait une recherche pour une maison disposant de la climatisation»

Op zich was dit een zeer fijne woning. Jammer dat er door weersomstandigheden schade aan een parasol kwam en hierdoor de hele communicatie zeer zuur verliep.
