All comforts, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave oven, American fridge, toaster, 2 coffee makers, large pots, blender, wine glasses...), living room (TV, box), dining room (dining room table that can accommodate 10 people), 5 bedrooms (double bed, cupboard) including 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath, Italian shower, double sink, WC), 1 bathroom (Italian shower, WC), 1 WC, pantry with washing machine, large partially covered terraces with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, parasols, barbecue.

It is located on a wooded plot of 2000m2, enclosed, without vis-à-vis and equipped with a secure swimming pool which is exclusively reserved for you, as well as a large enclosed and private parking.

The swimming pool, in full sun from morning to night, is 4m x 8m and is safe. It works with salt with natural products that do not pollute, which avoids the use of chemical chlorine. You can thus enjoy salt water, less aggressive for the eyes and skin, without the risk of allergic reaction.

All parts of the accommodation are reserved for guests.

Fibre wifi internet access is free and unlimited.

The villa is located 5 minutes by car from local shops (large supermarket, butcher, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy and restaurants...).

Included in our rates: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels.

Pets are not allowed.

The premises are completely non-smoking.

Crossed by three major rivers, the Aveyron, the Tarn and the Garonne, the Tarn-et-Garonne department, renowned for its gentle way of life, presents a succession of varied landscapes, alternating plains and hills dotted with fields and orchards, wild gorges, limestone plateaus, and hillsides covered with vines. Its gentle countryside, punctuated by numerous dovecotes, invites lovers of outdoor activities to the practice of hiking, whether hiking, horseback riding, cycling or mountain biking. In addition to these natural assets, there is a wonderful built heritage made up of medieval cities, such as Bruniquel, Caylus and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, an abbey classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a town of Art and History, which is Montauban. Staying in the Tarn-et-Garonne is also an opportunity to taste good local products, such as the famous Chasselas grape and duck-based specialities.
