Located at the edge of downtown, our centrally located accommodation is a stone's throw away from all that this small mountain town has to offer including shops, restaurants, amenities, hiking and biking trails.
This light and bright condo which is at the phase of getting upgrades is located on the second floor in a vibrant multi-use building and offers a large deck of surrounding views of both the Lady MacDonald Mountain and the Grotto Mountain for you to enjoy.
The Space:
Located at the edge of downtown, our spacious one bedroom condo is getting its upgrades and offers all the comforts of home. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two queen beds, queen pull out memory foam mattress sofa bed, 2 TVs and large deck with sitting to entertain. Air Conditioning. Lock Box Entry.
Our centrally located accommodation is within walking distance from Main Street shops, art galleries, restaurants, amenities including two large grocery stores. With hiking and biking trails starting right at your front door. Rental companies are also just within a couple of blocks of walking, should you wish to rent a bike, paddleboard or rocking climbing gear.
This condo offers a large deck for outdoor entertaining while you overlook the magnificent views of Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountain.
A great way to finish off your day is to experience one of the many gourmet restaurants that the town has to offer - and there are many for you to choose from! No taxi’s needed - many of them are within walking distance from the condo.

*** This condo which can already accommodate a maximum of 6 guests can be rented with our adjoining condo, The Mountain Loft, for larger family or getaway gatherings. Rates available on request based on availability.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in walking distance to downtown, restaurants and bars. Should you require groceries for your stay two major grocery stores are within a ten minute walk or three minute drive. Very closely situated is also a French bakery, a locally owned coffee bar, a small convenience store, a liquor store, take out restaurants and a fully service restaurant and bar. Directly behind the building is the town's recreation facility - Elevation Place, offering an indoor climbing, swimming pools, hot tubs, extensive gym, library and art gallery.
Getting Around:
Canmore offers public transportation, with all areas of Canmore being serviced. As well as a Canmore-Banff-Canmore bus service. Please see Timetable Schedules pamphlets left for you at the apartment. Should you wish to rent a bike - there are many rental companies in town that can assist you.
Other Things to Note:
The condo is located on the second floor at the front of a light commercial building. There can be light to moderate noise throughout the day and evening.
Should there not be an available parking spot directly outside of the apartment - please feel free to utilize other parking available at the front or the rear of the building marked Benjamin Moore.
COVID-19 Stay Safe Practices
As hosts we strive to provide you, our guests, the comfort in knowing that your accommodation has been cleaned to the strictest standards.
This includes, the accommodation being vacant hours prior to your arrival. Our cleaning team then performs a deep clean throughout the unit, with a focus on high-touch points. (Door handles, railings, TV controls, light switches)
We will have both disinfectant wipes and spray for your use during your stay. Hand sanitizer is also provided.
