Perfect place to stay

We loved the property , plenty of space , perfect for what we wanted , 5 mins from saint jean de liver day and 20 mins from La Rochelle, we would definitely return

Wonderful provision.Great communication and accommodating host. Lots of space. We loved the location. Noise transferred easily between rooms. Doors, walls and floors were typically not as substantial as we are accustomed to.

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Bel intérieur, décoré avec goût. Grande pièce à vivre, grande cuisine où l'on peut aisément cuisiner à plusieurs.Nombreux jeux de société adultes et enfants.Vaisselle complète, il ne manque rien. Piscine agréable. Parfait pour un agréable séjour en famille à 14.Suggestion: un réfrigérateur complémentaire dans la buanderie pour stocker des boissons au frais, rideaux occultants pour les fenêtres du séjour sans volets pour isoler dans les grandes chaleurs. Point négatif : le mobilier de jardin qui a souffert de plusieurs saisons à l'extérieur est à renouveler.

Nous avons été quelque peu déçu des extérieurs, impossible de se détendre dehors, le salon de jardin en rotin, hors d'usage, les tables en bois et les bancs très abîmés et peu stable, la pelouse pas tondue, 2 parasols trop petit pour couvrir l'intégralité des 2 tables, aucun signe des gros coussins qui étaient sur les photos aux abords de la piscine.Logement très propre, mais aucune isolation entre le rez de chaussée et les chambres à l'étage. Très bien équipé, prévoir tout de même un lave vaisselle plus rapide.

Séjour en famille à Noël. Maison avec décoration sympa. Les pièces à vivre sont spacieuses et agréables. L'étage est mansardé et 2 chambres sont en enfilade peu pratiques. 2 douches et 2 toilettes dont une au RDC sans fermeture. 1 SDB avec plafond à moins d'1m80
