The emphasis is on enjoying the total freedom that comes from getting away from it all and yet this character property is ideally located in central Dordogne and within easy reach of everything that the region has to offer. Situated in a small and peaceful country hamlet that sits between two bustling riverside market towns and located to the north of Bergerac and west of Périgueux, the ancient and beautiful capital city of the famous and much loved Dordogne-Perigord area.
The traditionally restored property offers large, fully enclosed and private grounds as well as spacious living quarters with its five bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms. The private pool, which is one of the largest private swimming pools in the Dordogne, has lovely views across the surrounding countryside and woodland.
