Come enjoy this magnificent chalet in the heart of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort. Its location is ideal in both winter and summer, as it’s just 850 metres from the Aravet slopes—a 10-minute walk from the gondola station and 5 minutes from the starting points of numerous hiking trails.

This brand-new chalet features tasteful, modern decor as well as functional, high-end amenities.

Chalet Ours is divided into three levels. On the ground floor, the living room features two sofas, a bench, a large curved TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a central island.
Enjoy the large outdoor terrace to soak up the sun and—why not?—host a few barbecues.

Upstairs, you’ll find the two master suites, each featuring top-quality bedding (queen-size beds: 160x200). Each of these suites features a bathroom with a sink, shower, and closet. Also upstairs, to keep the bedrooms uncluttered, a storage area for luggage has been provided, and at the end of the hallway is a powder room with a sink.

In the basement, there is a storage area for ski gear, a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and one queen-size bed (160x200), as well as an attached bathroom with a double sink. This bedroom also features a large closet with hanging space and shelves.

This chalet has underfloor heating in the living room/kitchen, as well as in the common areas of the basement. The other rooms are heated with electric radiators.

Two large parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.

This chalet is ideal for a fun-filled family holiday, as a variety of board games are provided. It offers excellent comfort for 6 to 8 people.

Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and bath towels will be provided (2 per person). To make your stay even more enjoyable, you’ll find a welcome kit including 2 sponges, dish soap, 1 tablecloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Kitchen towels will also be available.
To make your holiday even more enjoyable, the chalet has its own outdoor ski locker. Another ski locker—this one at the base of the Aravet slopes—will also be made available to you free of charge at a local shop, where you’ll enjoy preferential rates on equipment rentals.

The free bus serving the village of La Salle les Alpes stops just a few steps from the chalet. You’re just two stops away from the cable car departure point.
