Because this is an exclusive corner condo, extra windows offer incredible views from the north, south and west.

Upon entering, you will find the guest bedrooms each with a TV and views of the intercoastal waterway and surrounding Perdido Key area. Two have en suite bathrooms.There are wall-mounted hair dryers as well. You will also have the convenience of a washer/dryer and a trash chute right outside your door, in addition to central air-conditioning for added comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen offers upgraded appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and built-in wall oven and microwave, granite countertops, travertine floor, a double sink, a breakfast bar and all the small appliances and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy a family meal at the wood dining table. There are two bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar, ideal for a quick meal before heading out for an action-packed day.

The living area, with a corner view, has two comfortable chairs and a sectional. This inviting living area also offers beachfront balcony access, where expansive wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the covered lanai, bringing the beach right into the living room. The entertainment area features a 55-inch LCD television and DVD player. Enjoy 96 channels of digital TV, 66 channels of HDTV and 50 channels of digital music and complimentary private WiFi.

Step out onto the balcony to experience ultimate relaxation, while the sights and sound of the waves wash your worries away. If you are an early riser, the balcony provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Kick your feet up and unwind in the evening as there is plenty of seating for the whole family.

Indigo features top-of-the-line amenities including seven acres of well-manicured landscaping, gated entry, a 6,000-gallon zero-entry pool, poolside gazebo, hot tub, and seasonally heated pool. There are outdoor grills including Green Egg smokers, lighted tennis courts and a Hydro court surface, two large fitness rooms, one sauna, a private 12-person theater free for guests to use, a bike rack, and covered parking. In the parking garage you will find a free-standing ice machine located in the parking garage, along with an air compressor hose for your convenience. Cruise on over to the Perdido Key State Park or the National Naval Aviation Museum, in Pensacola. Just a short walk across the street from Indigo is an ice cream shop and plenty of souvenir shops. Perdido Key is bicycle-friendly, perfect for exploring the area and truly living like a local and enjoying all the local restaurants and shops.

Beach chair rentals are available.
For the months of June, July, August, and September the owner will pay 50% of the cost of one beach setup for the guests staying in this condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
