This beautiful corner Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the main bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio with spectacular Gulf views.

Features of this upscale and Bahamas styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event! Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the layout. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. Couldn’t find the broiler pan though. Furnishings were good. It was mostly clean. Dishwasher was unattached so it slid out when opening door. It was fixed three days later. Five star but for these three issues. Umbrella service unlike any we’ve ever seen. Two elevators for 100 plus units is unacceptable. That combined with the smallest elevator lobby required waiting in line outside during check in and several times during the week. Parking also needs improved. Umbrella service, lack of elevators, one didn’t work the entire day, and limited parking made a great unit not so great. When guests are returning from the beach late afternoon the “4pm” daily check in creates a bottleneck with no room for those simply wanting to return to their rooms. line outside for an elevator. This after a long drive during check in is

Great stay

We had a great time. The condo was clean and we loved the beautiful beach. The condo was in a great location; we liked being able to walk to the shops across the street to the little shops. I do have 2 critiques though: 1) The garbage disposal did not work. We had to scoop out any all debris from it so that the sink would drain. 2) I reached out to property management to ask for more details concerning the listed beach service and they never got back to me. They condo does come with beach service which includes daily setup of 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. I loved this detail!! It was so convenient. Overall, I would definitely book this condo again.

The Condo and Perdido Key are Beautiful

The views of the beach, and the sunsets from the condo are amazing. The kitchen is functional, updated and great for making pina coladas, margaritas, etc. The rooms were clean, and my back did not object to the mattress. The beach, pool and hot tub were great. The parking could be better. The Vacasa rep., Lori, was amazed I did not read both sides of a page of instructions that is in 10pt font. I am on vacation, go figure. Lori was also amazed that other guests did not know where to go for parking overflow. A simple sign with instructions about this in the entry or at the Vacasa desk way would have been useful. We plan to return despite that, Perdido Key is great.
