The condo was well above expectations. Clean and spacious with a view to die for. Definitely one of the best condos we've stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay in June 2026. The convenience of the pool was great with young kids (ages 10, 8, 7, 4). The only set back was the beach situation, which is unfortunate since we spend every day we can at the beach. For two families, each with young kids, we are not going to pay rental fees for 2 wooden (seemingly uncomfortable) chairs and one umbrella. If you want to be directly on the water, you will be at the mercy of the company this management company uses to rent beach equipment. If you have your own beach equipment to set up, you must do so further back, closer to the property itself, not on the water. Which is super inconvenient and unsafe for families with young kids. We had our own beach equipment and in order to use it on the beach front, we had to walk roughly 150 yards to set up. Not super hard but sometimes inconvenient when kids need to use the bathroom, etc. Other than the beach situation, the condo was great. Super spacious, wonderful ocean views, great pool, nice gym, and great location.

Fantastic!

Our family was so pleased with this beach condo! Love being on a high floor. The building was so nicely maintained and there was always staff around cleaning. The pool was a delight and the walkway out to the beach was new and well maintained. The room itself was very clean and provided a great setting for our family to enjoy our beach vacation.

As expected!

The condo was perfect for our family. The beach access was lovely, the pools were a great size, the condo was decorated nicely. We would have loved to have a pan to make some pancakes, but other than that found the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed this location!

Great Fall Vacation

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week. Great communication with the management company and easy check-in/out. Condo was as described. Great view of the Gulf from the 17th floor balcony. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. Definitely will return!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach

The condo is very well laid out, with two en-suites at either end and a central bedroom with bunkbeds. It would be suitable for two families with up to 4 kids to share. It is not for those afraid of heights, being on the 17th floor. However the pools are nice, and it is right on the beach. Overall we have a very pleasant stay. Do remember your beach towels, as there were none in the unit.

Family Vacation

Property was centrally located. We had problems with parking. Even with 2 parking passes we had to park at lot across street not good. A 3 bedroom condo have 3 parking passes if no room condo should pay for additional parking. The condo was nice but the mattresses in bunk bed room should be updated we had 2 guest who preferred sleeping on sofa instead. TVs in bedroom should be upgraded even thou we spent little time there.

Pros - Super clean and all-white bedding and towels were pristine. (A)Beautifully decorated & updated (A)Being able to text any questions or concerns made communication easy. The replies were fast (except for those regarding the elevator repairs) (A)When we called the maintenance person for help with an issue in the condo, he was very kind & helpful & easy to reach. (A)Location - Beautiful Beach and the Umbrellas and Chair rentals are great (40 tip per day or you can bring your own) (A)Cons - We had a disabled family member who depended on the elevator & left early because one and at times both of the only 2 elevators did not work. Walking 17 flights of stairs was not doable for everyone. If they would have given us a refund, we would have left for a condo with working elevators. But for the family members who could do the stairs when they did not work, they enjoyed the extra exercise. Disappointed no refund offered for that inconvenience. (D)Wrist bands didnt work for part of one day - not a big deal, but we had to wait for someone to let us in - some other guests had the same issue at the same time but it was only one time. We liked the bands for safety of guests, but dont forget to wear it (or you will be waiting one someone to let you in, or in our case - going back up those 17 flights to get it)Overall, we recommend this condo as long as you have no disabilities that require a working elevator.

This condo is absolutely stunning! You don't just have one view from one balcony...you have an amazing view from the beachfront balcony that also wraps around the side so you can see Perdido Key (awesome to see the city lights at night), and there is also another wrap-around balcony off the second master suite that faces the bay! It was stocked well, had plenty of space, and overall was amazing!
