Welcome to the Emerald Coast! Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor unit features tile floors throughout, memory foam pillow top mattresses, custom linens and almost 1700 sq. ft. of living space. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar, and a pantry. Spacious dining, wet bar, large living room with all new furnishings including custom sectional with pull out bed. 65 inch flat screen smart TV and amazing gulf views. Large master bedroom with Smart TV, king size bed, designer bedding and gorgeous gulf front views with sliding doors opening to large balcony. Master bath with his and hers vanities, large walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate tile shower. Guest bedroom number one features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, and access to full hall bath. Bedroom number 3 (second master) features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, private bath and walk in closet. Palacio Resort amenities include a lagoon style pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, multiple tennis courts and fitness center. This ideal location is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Johnson's National Seashore is a gorgeous state park with gulf and bay access, virtually untouched and completely protected. Palacio is only minutes from family activities such as miniature golf, arcades, go cart tracks, charter fishing and world class golf. Please note that we have a very strict maximum occupancy and age limit policy. Please note that if you exceed the maximum occupancy limit, or do not meet the minimum age restriction, you will for asked to vacate the property immediately and will not be issued a refund. Lovely updated condo! So many things to like about this unit - nice, comfortable furniture, big balcony with beach and pool view - it easily sat all six of us. Well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and pool. And SO clean! All three bedrooms had a king bed along with three bathrooms which worked well for our group. Owner responded immediately to our questions. Great stay.

This was the first trip to the US Gulf Shore for almost all of our party and it was absolutely great! The owner had excellent communications regarding the property and was extremely professional and easy to talk with. Suzie was a great hostess and very attentive! Condo was perfect and just as described! We had everything we needed and then some! 2nd floor was perfect! We loved the balcony, breakfast, watching the dolphins in the gulf, having cocktails and playing cards at night! Beach was perfect and hot tub was great for the cool mornings and evenings. Also, loved The Jellyfish restaurant across the street! Would for sure visit again!! Thank you for sharing your amazing place!

Beautiful Condo!

This was our first family vacation with a 1 year old and everything was perfect. Excellent communication with the owner!! Condo was lovely with very close and easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Beautifully decorated and the pools were gorgeous! Unloading and parking was very convenient. Several restaurants to choose from close by and a couple within walking distance. Perdido Key is a lovely area with all of the amenities. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Absolutely beautiful condo!!!!

Suzie is an amazing owner and made this vacation just a little sweeter. So kind and accommodating and eager to make sure that everything was perfect....which it was. From the beautiful "beachy" decor, which has been so tastefully done, to the view, the short walk to the pool/beach..... It couldn't have been any better. Thank you for such a memorable time. This was one of the most beautiful condos I have ever stayed in! Suzie has the entire place decorated like it should be in a magazine! I also loved Perdido as well. The area is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops without feeling so commercialized like neighboring towns. Another reason I love this area is the National Park nearby. You can walk on beaches and see wildlife up close and personal without tons of people surrounding you! We will be back!

AMAZING family vacation

This property and owner are amazing! The condo was perfectly decorated with everything we needed to cook for 3 families and so clean. Being on the 2nd floor was great, we could see everyone at the pool easily. The location was perfect, not so busy as other places we have stayed at in the past. We’ve stayed at so many places along the gulf and hands down this place was the most beautiful, comfortable, easy access to the beach, and communication with the owner was top notch. Everyone in my family asked for the listing because they want to rent this place in the future. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Suzie for everything :)

Favorite Condo on Perdido Key

This is now my favorite condo on Perdido Key. Everything is beautiful and no detail has been overlooked. We had 8 in our group and we had plenty of room. The layout is perfect; It was obviously well thought through. One of my most favorite things was the fact that I could sit on the balcony and perfectly see my older boys on the beach or at the pool. They felt like they had freedom, but I could still keep a watchful eye. This condo is perfect in every way! Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable time.

Fantastic!!!!

It all starts with the owners and Suzie is wonderful. She was quick to respond through VRBO, and then with text, email, and by phone. She made getting everything set so easy! The pictures posted are great but you don’t truly get the feel of the condo until you walk in. You will feel the vacation taking you away when you walk through the door. The condo is “beachy” but is very classy in décor. Nothing has gone unnoticed in the renovation. The unit has 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. The large master bedroom has a great view and access to the large balcony. The master bathroom is huge with split vanity areas so no one is competing for space!! The living area has a full view of the ocean and beach and opens onto the large balcony with a large table and numerous chairs. It has a huge flat screen on the wall (as does all the bedrooms). The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with cooking utensils. All cabinet surfaces are granite. The full size washer and dryer will allow you to keep your beach towels clean!! Loved the coded entry so no need to carry a key and worry about losing it or having to share it. The complex is great with a great beach – 2 beach chairs and umbrella rent for $160 week and you don’t have to worry about moving the umbrella – the beach guys do it for you! The workout area is nice and the pools and hot tub were great. Restaurants and shopping (2 large groceries were about 5 minutes away) were close by. Be sure to try the Cayman Grill in Orange Beach and the Oyster Bar and Restaurant at Perdido Key – great Oysters Rockefeller. We had a great trip and would return to this unit again – we hated to leave! Thanks Suzie for sharing it with us!!

Perfect Condo Choice!

This condo - beautiful decor, more supplies than you will ever need (very thoughtful owner!). Not only is it second floor convenient but the place was super clean, well stocked (I know I said that but really - very impressive!), the beds were incredibly comfortable and the deck furniture and view were perfection.Suzie was a dream to work with - prompt and hands-on and excellent at follow up!

Paradise at Palacio

The condo exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. First, the furnishings are top-notch, and the kitchen is more than fully stocked with everything we needed or wanted. All we had to do was bring the food. The beds and linens were fantastic, and the bathroom towels were so plush that we wanted to take them home with us (we didn't). The owner, Suzie, was a joy to work with.

amazing in every way!

my family and I enjoyed a week after Christmas at Suzie's condo hoping to relax, cook, walk the beach, play games and just be together and reconnect. it was everything we had hoped for.....and more. It is located so close to the beach...just a short walk down boardwalk and your toes are in the sand. The heated lap pool was nice to have at this time of year. The amenities in kitchen couldn't have been any better.....every utensil, pan, appliance that you could ever need was there for our convenience. We all slept like babies in luxurious king sized beds with the best of linens. All furnishings were top of the line....and so comfy to hang for a week with your favorites. We loved that multiple grocery stores and restaurants were all nearby. Truly.....we could not think of one negative thing about this condo....it was really awesome! We plan to return again soon! Thanks Suzie for sharing your beautiful getaway with us!

Blue angels home coming show

The condo was excellent. Super clean and well appointed. Our group was three couples. We left the kids at home with their grand parents for Halloween for the first time. We stayed to be near the west entrance to the Naval Air Station. It still took us 3 hours to drive 11 miles due to traffic.

Absolutely Amazing

The owner of this condo is a sweetheart of a lady to communicate with. Her condo is absolutely beautiful, so clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen equipped to the max, beds were so comfortable. The patio had great furniture to relax and enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. This condo is literally your home away from home. We did not want to leave but had to go home. I have never stayed in a condo that was so top notch on everything. Just love this condo. We are already talking about next year. A must if you need a 3BD/3BA. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I live in Mississippi and purchased this unit at Palacio in March of 2015. Definitely a "bucket list item" to one day own a condo after decades of visiting the Perdido Key area multiple times per year. I finally took the plunge and decided to completely remodel and refurnish the unit turning into what we consider our "dream vacation destination"!
We have sincerely put our heart and soul into this remodeling this unit and hope that it becomes your "perfect" gulf front property for family vacations for years to come as we know it will be for us.

Why they chose this property

Palacio is in the heart of Perdido Key, we absolutely love the white sand beaches, the emerald colors of the gulf and the serenity of this particular location. While Perdido Key offers all the first class restaurants and shopping of other nearby resort locations, it is also not quite as busy as some which appealed to us personally. You are close to world class golfing, fishing and minutes from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola Forida!

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite features is the units proximity to the beach, the walk to the waterfront is literally about 100 yards, perfect when carrying all the kids gear to set up for your day! Avoid the half a mile hike to the water! Beach Service is provided by the owner but you may want to call ahead of your arrival to reserve the location of your chairs.
