This condo is a three bedroom and three bath unit that offers spectacular views of the entire beach and a luxurious interior design. Almost 2000 square feet of paradise with two master suites as well as a third bedroom with two twin beds. Perfect for multiple families vacationing together or just lots of space for relaxing on the Key. Entire living area and one of the Masters has recently been tiled.

Gulf side master bath includes cultured marble, HUGE stand up shower with bench seat, large garden tub with whirlpool, large walk-in closet with separate vanity area.

New flat screen tvs have just been added in the living room and all bedrooms. Condo also includes surround sound in the living room and wireless cable internet.

Special property features include large pool with sundeck, lap pool, hot tub, grilling area, beach walkover, fitness center and tennis courts. Convenient to golf, dining and shopping.

This was our 2nd summer vacation here because it’s perfect for what we need & want. Our only comment is that there was only 1 key for the room, would have been very helpful to have 2.

Great experience. Condo had everything we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean and up to date. Tiffany was very helpful and timely in corresponding with me. We will request this unit again next year if it is available

the property was dated. furniture needed to be replaced. there were water marks around sliding glass door, and the drape for sliding glass door had a big rip in it. Mattresses needed to be replaced.

Great overall but a little under what was expected

Nice, clean condo but a bit dated (which we are ok with). Lots more items/utensils in kitchen than expected. Condo layout was good for our family. The front and back patios were nice. The musty/mildewy smell in all bathrooms likely coming from cloth shower curtains. The two single bed mattresses in one room need to be changed as they sag. Daughter ended up sleeping last two nights on sofa pullout in living room. Would be a 5 star if not for those two main issues.

Elevator issues

The room was great and extremely spacious! The host was good to work with and the space exceeded our expectations. One major issue was the elevator situation at Palacio. There were only 2 elevators for the 19 story building and one was down throughout our stay, which created long wait times. The working elevator got stuck with people on it and there was a quarter size hole in the floor that you could literally see through the bottom of the floor.

The check in process was smooth as can be. We had the code to enter the building and the code to enter the condo. No problem at all. We had two cars and were concerned about parking spaces. There were always open spaces for us to park. The kitchen was amazing and had everything that we needed. The condo was clean, spacious and lovely. We are already booked for next year!

Perdido Key

The condo did not disappoint. We walked in and it was gorgeous. I would like to say just like the pictures but I almost think it was better. The views were amazing. Love all the floor to ceiling views from all the rooms. We were actually able to see dolphins from the balcony. It was everything we needed. Would love to come back and stay longer. Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed talking with Paula the manager she was great. The only thing if you are a smoker watch out for the sprinklers that come on in the only smoking area.

This condo was perfect for our family! Very spacious, excellent location and great water views! Everyone loved having their own bathroom per room, and the place was well stocked. Very clean, easy check in and we will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

The place was very clean and had very plenty of space for the 6 of us staying there! My teenage children loved there were two balconies the over looked the gulf. They also liked we were right across the street from an ice cream and coffee shop. Even though we went during fall break, the beach was not crowded. Very pleased!

Nice place terrible parking

The condo itself was great. Nice layout and for the most part very clean. Parking was a nightmare. If we are helping the owners pay for the condo then we should be able to use their garage parking because obviously they are not there. Front parking was full and over flow was full. Having to park in a business parking lot down the street and having to cross the busy street with kids. Until the parking situation changes we will stay somewhere else. That’s my only complaint.
