Condo includes a large living area. Master suite has a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet with separate vanity area. A fully equipped kitchen has all the cooking and dining utensils you need for preparing your own meals. Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels and enjoy! Beautiful, clean two bedroom condo on the 6th floor, the whole building is very clean and the staff were so kind. Beach is wonderful, chair and umbrella rental was a breeze, close to food establishments and stores.

Great place to stay!

The property was just what our family was looking for. Clean, quiet, right on the beach with a wonderful pool, as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Communication with owner/check-in was wonderful. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

This condo was better than described! We absolutely loved it here! The condo was huge! Had everything you needed, location to the beach was great. Quiet setting, comfy beds, and loaded kitchen! We’ve been coming to the Gulf for years and so far this is our favorite place to date!

Perfect Family Vacation

We were very sad to leave our relaxing girls vacation. Do not hesitiate to stay at this wonderful condo. The condo is as exactly as shown in the pictuers. Beautiful condo, beautiful views and has everything you will need supplied.Tiffany, the owner, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions you will have. Thank you Tiffany. The beach is so beautiful. The water was warm. We enjoyed watching the dolphins go by every morning around 8:30am. I already miss being there. Stay here you wont regret it !

Wonderful getaway with spacious balcony and master suite

This was a wonderful condo with a spacious balcony and master suite. My parents, husband and two daughters, ages 11 and 3, had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our little getaway. The condo has everything you need, and is in a perfect location to everything. Gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Easy access to the beach and beautiful swimming pools. Quiet condo on a quiet strip of beach. Lots of families. Tiffany was so great to work with, and all of the instructions were easy and clear. After booking the trip, I needed to add an extra day, and she made it simple. We will definitely be back!!!!

Overall, a nice condo to stay in

this was a very nice condo to stay in. overall, everything worked as it should. nice location, adequate parking with a reserve lot, nice amenities and a central location to do everyting. only a few minor improvements needed: the king bed in the master was as soft as a bag of marshmellows, and is in dire need of replacement. as cheap as tv's are these days, all 3 of the tv's are due for an upgrade. but at least there were plenty of channels, and even a nice Kenwood stereo to enjoy. also, when the wind blows from the north, the weatherstripping on the sliding doors allows a annoying moaning sound. overall though, it was a nice unit to stay in.

This place was wonderful!

We loved our stay at this condo. The balacony is huge and did not disappoint! Loved the shower on the master. Would suggest maybe leaving a little hotel size soap and shampoo/conditioner. Check in was so easy, i would maybe suggest a key pad door lock. Keeping the key before going down to the beach was a little bit of a pain but no a real big dewl. I would suggest booking the charis and umbrellas before you leave for vacay. We had beach front ever day and it was wonderful. Otherwise we would have either had the 2nd row or behind that if we brough our own umbrella. The beach was wonderful, the pools were great and more than enough room around the pool. Great loacation to wonderful resteraunts! We will be back here again. We just absolutt loved it! All the emplyees of the facilty were also very nice. Don't 2nd guess this book it!

Needs Upgrades

The beach was perfect and the Palacio keeps the property very nice! Somewhat disappointed with the lack of updates. Each room should have smart TVs at least. Everything is mismatched in the kitchen and not fully stocked with things needed to make meals. Rugs need updated or deep cleaned. The door to the balcony was very hard to get open. Unit overall needs updated but we LOVED the property, beach, pool, etc. I’ll read reviews more closely next time!

Great location and very clean!

Clear and detailed check-in communication, responsive to additional questions, very clean property, and location is very convenient to shopping. Restaurants, and just a short drive to Flora-Bama, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. Enjoyed our stay!

This condo was incredible! The location on the beach was perfect. It was just the right size for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom and bathroom were very well laid out. We cannot wait to return to this condo! The host was easy to work with. The building had two elevators to make it easier to move our belongings. The beach access was wonderful. Yes there were a lot of beach service chairs/umbrellas, bit just a short walk down the beach was an open area. The condo had chairs for us to use. We highly recommend this condo and working with Tiffany!

Inappropriate

Asked host last night where else we could park when all parking was full in both lots, still have seen no response. Then to make things even better at 9am we heard someone putting the code in on the door and almost made it through the door if my husband wouldn’t have stopped them. When he got to the door a lady said “aren’t you checking out?” Mind you it was 9am and I have the place paid for until 10am. Super inappropriate to enter a PAID FOR rental an hour before checkout and ask if we are checking out. Messaged the host afterwards asking why someone would do that and STILL no response. After that incident I felt uncomfortable being there and made sure to take pictures of how we left the place so they don’t try to say we left it a mess.

I feel like this place checked all the boxes: beautiful beach and pool, nice clean condo and grounds, close to great dining, It was me and my 18 and 22 year old granddaughters and we felt completely safe the entire time we were there. We contacted the property manager once while there and she got back to us almost immediately. We couldn’t have asked for any better!

Dad & teenage daughter trip.

The location was very easy to find. Check in process was the easiest i ever had in over 30 years of traveling. Condo was exactly as described & very quiet. My teenage daughter loved the balcony & spacious living room which gave us the perfect view of sunsets, beach view & people watching.
