Beautiful beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and neat! It was quiet! The beach area and parking area were well maintained. Update the picture online because there was a kcup coffee maker so we planned for that - had to adapt our plans when we got there. Also, we had some trouble with the tv in the bedroom. We never figured out how to use it! With that being said, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

Great little unit!

This is a great little unit nearly on top of the ocean. The view from this level 12 balcony (and kitchen/living space) is stunning (!!) & the decor inside unit is tasteful. The building is ok. But this unit is great, esp if you are open to a cozy space. The bunks in the hall worked nicely for our kids and we appreciated the smaller space for our fam of 4. I recommend this property for your perdido stay! One last thing - toss a candle or diffuser in your bag. The space smells just a little musty, which I’m chalking up to it being a stones throw to the ocean. I’ll take the trade off. We had a great time!

Resident’s hate you

Property is old, a lot people live there full time it appears. They don’t want you there and are very rude. All things are segregated to keep you ratholed in a different area of the beach so you won’t interact with them. My first contact with a resident, didn’t go well. I asked a simple question, the response I got—“I’m in a resident “ and turned and walked away. Same response 45 seconds later asking another person. My question “can you help me.. what floor is the lobby on? There is no employee on site to answer any questions.. Luxury accommodations? No way Stay away
