We enjoyed our stay - condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds too. Had wi-fi issues but I was told sometimes you have to reset the router. I didn't even call to ask about this issue because wasn't a big deal. We mostly stayed out on the beach or at the pool for our entertainment. Everyone we met was super nice...would visit again!

Wonderful Get Away

The condo was just as described! Location was perfect and balcony overlooking the gulf was great. The room by the pool was also super convenient so you didn’t have to take beach stuff all the way back to the room. It was the perfect vacation for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The building itself felt a bit dated, but the condo furniture was comfortable and had a great view. The kitchen utensils and dishes weren’t the best, but they had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Perfect beach get away

The condo is a little on the smaller side but worked great for my kids and I. The bunk bed mattresses ended to pretty comfy when you stacked them on top of each other. The cabana was great to keep beach things in, snacks and drinks.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was stocked with any item you might need. The condo was very clean. We loved the wonderful view from the balcony. We love the PK area as it's peaceful and quiet but also close to many attractions and great restaurants. We would highly recommend this place and would like to return soon.

2023 July Trip

Nice property. Manager texted us for an early check-in and that worked out well because we were a little early arriving. Cabana is a big plus and made it very easy to have snacks and store chairs without having to go all the way up to the ninth floor. Will stay again if available in the future.

OUTSTANDING LOCATION AND VIEW.

We took a chance and booked this for one week. We found the condo to be spotless with a great location on the beach. We loved Perdido Key which is located on the gulf shores, less than 30 minutes from Pensacola Airport. The real surprise was the secure cabana that was part of the rental. It is located at the pool deck. Looking forward to returning for another vacation.

Great spot for a relaxing beach vacation

Property was clean and check in/out process was very easy. It was very nice to have the pool cabana to get out of the sun and to put beach items in instead of hauling them up to the condo each day. More space for dry food storage would have been helpful, but we made due without any issues. The view from the balcony each morning was very nice and we even saw a few dolphins out in the gulf! Although our stay was just after the area opened back up after Covid-19, we found great places to eat out nearby.

Great View - fun outdoor activities

This was a great little condo. Perfect for a family of four. If you had more people I think it might be a little small. The building has a great beach and nice amenities. What we loved was the beach and all the bike paths in a near by park. Wonderful stay. One thing that needs improvement is the master bed is old and very soft. You should consider an update. Thank you for the fun!

Just what we needed

Loved our week at Windemere 904! The weather was great. The condo was compact but had everything we needed. Besides, we didn’t spend much awake time there. We kept all our beach stuff in the cabana. Being able to go there and get out of the heat was great. The only thing that put a damper on the trip was the pandemic’s impact on restaurants in the area. Maybe next time we visit we can sample some of the great places to eat. We will be back.

Perfect!

What a beautiful home this is! The property itself was very inviting. The condo was perfect for my husband and I adult only get away. All the furniture was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we would need to cook a great meal. The cabana was a great addition that we never thought about! We loved the shaded area of the pool after a long day in the sun. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. A few weeks ago we rented a condo that was less then desirable so we where so thankful to come into your clean and inviting home!

Perfect for off season stay

This property had everything that we needed. The view was unobstructed of the beautiful deserted beach. The furniture was comfortable except for the bed, which needs to be replaced. Both of our backs really hurt, and we won't stay there again unless the bed is replaced. It's a shame that the bedroom window is on the walkway looking at the trash chute, so we kept it closed the entire time. It was quiet when we were there estimating maybe 10% occupancy. Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay!
