Property is just as represented and a wonderful accommodating host. My son and I stayed here for a few days and was a clean spacious spot for us to stay and enjoy Perdido Key.

Great for a quick stay

We came for the Blue Angels show in Pensacola. It was a spur of the moment trip and finding and booking this property was quick and easy.

Great Stay

I loved the condo. Right on the beach. The condo was perfect for my Mom and me. Had all the kitchen accessories you needed. Nice king size bed that was so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

This condo is so nice. When I'm looking for a condo I always look at the size of TV, seating arrangement and bed. This place is so relaxing. Loved everything about it. We will rent from Craig again!!!!

We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay!

It was home away from home- with the most beautiful view! The owner made sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The view is absolutely amazing; ocean view with the most beautiful sunsets. The condo itself was clean, homey and comfortable. The area was perfect and everything you needed was right there. The beach, an indoor AND outdoor pool, restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores that delivered. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Liked the property location. View was great! Nicely decorated too. We enjoyed our time there very much! The chairs for the beach were great! Just a note: we couldn’t find a spatula but made do. Didn’t want bother Craig with that, but you may want to have one on hand.

Comfortable and relaxing!

My husband and I had a great trip! The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable, and reminded me so much of a condo that my friend’s family used to own. We were here to have some major R & R, and with the comfortable king size bed & fluffy pillows, and the sectional couch, which was like a favorite couch we used to have, we had some great down time for much needed rest. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed if you wanted to cook, but if not, there are a couple of great places across the street to eat. Loved our time here!

Very Nice Condo. Great Gulf Views. Unique Amenities.

This was our first stay at Perdido Sun, and it did not disappoint. Very nice condo, great balcony views of the gulf, directly on the beach. Although we did not use it, the indoor pool for swimming in cooler weather is a nice feature, as is the extra (more-than-one-car) offsite car parking that my daughter's family took advantage of when they came to visit us for a day at the beach. Both these features seem to be unique, and appreciated. Perdido Beach is much quieter than Pensacola Beach, yet there are ample places to shop at eat, and you are still close to downtown Pensacola.

Beautiful Views

This condo provided me with what I wanted most: a balcony! The furniture is a high set so you can see over the railing while drinking your coffee/wine. The bed is very comfy with nice, clean bedding. The bathroom sink is outside of the shower area, so it makes it easy for multiple people to get ready to go out. While we did bring in our fair share of sand, the wood-look flooring and the broom in the closet made it easy to clean up. The kitchen is not the newest, most updated, but it had everything we needed and more. This condo was enough to convince my hubby that a condo is SO much better than a hotel!

Perdido Condo 8th floor

Just as pictured. 1 bedroom with small pull out couch, would not accomodate more than 2 adults + 1 small child. Nice to have half bath. Two units from elevator (2). Kitchen & utensils very clean. Unit provides cart + beach chairs & boogie boards & umbrella so no need to bring or rent on the beach. Table & chairs on balcony are bar height to see over railing but would be difficult for those with disabilities. Master bath sink is open to bedroom area, no ceiling fan in bedroom. Unit needs some TCL with paint but floors are all in good shape & A/C kept up with heat/humidity. Keep sliding patio door closed. Not very many restaurants within walking distance so be prepared to drive. Inside pool very nice option for those rainy & cooler days. 40 minute drive to Pensacola & depending on traffic 30 minute drive to Gulf Shores area. We would stay again.

Gorgeous view from 8th floor!!

Very pleased with this condo, clean, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable bed, quiet complex, easy check in/out, front desk clerk recommended restaurants, convenient to major grocery stores/walmart, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella and toys, host is super nice guy and responds quickly, pools, hot tub, and small gym. Close to beach, with option of rental chairs and umbrella. We like that the location is inbetween orange beach and pensacola beach.
