The condo was very clean and accommodations as described. Kitchen stocked with basics. “ocean view” is was just ok. ..minimal . The public beach access in front of the condo is horrible. You get like an alley way of sand due to the private beach condos that are actually on the ocean. Thankfully, there is a state park very close. It’s worth paying the fee to use the State park beaches. There was carpet in the bedroom which I did not understand due to humidity and sand.

The only complaint might be the public beach access is extremely limited due to the beachfront properties exerting their private property rights. But being so close to Johnson Beach made up for it.
