This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath privately owned vacation home at the Grand Caribbean West Resort on the first floor with beach access. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 6 total guests. The welcoming and comfortable living room is equipped with a television, wireless internet and a sleeper sofa. There is a patio off the living area where guest can sit and sip a refreshing beverage as they reflect on the great day they had on a beautiful beach. Watch for one of the many coastal birds that fly by and if you're lucky, the US Navy's Blue Angels Flight Team will buzz the beach on a practice day.
The tasteful master bedroom contains a king size bed, and television. There are fun bunk beds built into the hall that children will love and the sleeper sofa is also available to sleep 2 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with all appliances. This vacation condo includes a washer and dryer as well. You'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation including the opportunity to enjoy free golf, deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise or admission to OWA Amusement Park. Review

Really like the place stayed here last year. But better consider a new cleaning crew. Floors were dirty and sandy. We had to use vacuum. Rugs were dirty had to shake them out. Bathroom tub had dust and dirt in it had to be rinsed out before use. Was a load of towel in the washing machine and weren’t dry.

Highly Reccomend!

This place was perfect for my husband and I, but I could easily imagine a family of 4 here as well. The beach was right outside of the property, which we thought to be very convenient for bathroom trips. The pool was steps away from the our door. We felt very safe here since there is a locked gate surrounding the property. The property management company we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Theres nothing negative I can say about this stay, I would highly recommend!

Beach trip with the grandsons.

We spent a week at the property. It is close to everything, especially the beach. We also went to see the Blue Angels and the Lighthouse Museum. The historical section of Pensacola is also quite close and offers a lot to do for very little money. My 6 and 8 year old grandsons were entertained for the whole week. They loved the bunk beds and we (my daughter and myself) loved your condo. It was decorated nicely, and we liked the security features. We are looking forward to coming back.
