The unit was clean, comfortable and well organized. It was decorated in a cute beach theme. The bed and pillows were great. Had a beach view from the balcony. The hosts were in always available by text. Will return again.

Great location!

My husband and I decided on Orange Beach for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Sugar Beach Condos were a perfect choice for us. Right on the beach, had a view from our balcony, and short drive to shopping, trails, the pier, etc. Management was very easy to get ahold of, if needed. It was a great anniversary trip, and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this place! Upon arrival, our room smelled so fresh and clean. The floors were clean and no sand or dirt anywhere. It was perfect for our family! We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, and the detail into ensuring our stay was relaxing and enjoyable! The condo itself was wonderful in our experience. While others mentioned it is an older building, it didn’t affect our experience at all. A very family friendly place to stay, and a great location! The pools were extremely well kept and clean. The kiddy pool was a HIT for our kiddos (4y/o and 2y/o). It’s located so close to the beach that the walk to the sand was so short, which was absolutely amazing. The bathrooms by the pools were extremely clean and well kept the entire duration of our stay which we really appreciated. We were extremely impressed with the effort that was put into cleanliness of the condo. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future!

One of the two elevators was out of order and had been for over a month….wish we had known that as I am recovering from a hip injury. Otherwise, we still love sugar beach and walking out on the beach!!!
