Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix East. Phoenix East is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!!



The condo is situated in a great spot on the 3rd floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach!
Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 55'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Quick Getaway

Our stay at Phoenix East was the perfect quick getaway. The location was perfect. This condo was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. It's close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. We enjoyed being there off season and would gladly make a return trip.

Perfect for two people. I wish there would have been more towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. We stayed 5 nights and I had to wash them twice. Beautiful view!

ORANGE BEACH TRIP

Very nice property. It was me and my triplet granddaughters, 16 years old. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and they were promptly addressed and fixed by the management company. Would recommend.

Orange beach vacation

After getting and paying for the parking pass getting into the condo is a breeze. There is a lot of luggage carts. Never had a long wait for elevators. The condo was fine and location was spot on.

Awesome location

This was a clean and well furnished condo for our short stay. We liked it being on the 3rd floor right by the stairs and also by the elevators. We used both, depending on what we were hauling!!! The balcony was so nice to sit on to see the beach and pool area. Staff was nice and attentive. We will return soon and hope we can get 302 again.

One of the balcony chairs was broken and useable, other balcony chairs were uncomfortable and not tall enough to see over the balcony railing. Living room furniture could be updated. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen appliance were updated and nice. Would be helpful to know what size garbage bags fit in that garage container, as long as we have to go buy them.

This condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3. The bed was very comfy. The bedroom gave us enough room for the pack and play to be right next to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the large glass windows/doors to look out at the Gulf. The keyless coded door was great to have; not keeping up with a key or dealing with picking up/dropping off is fantastic. Cayce at Phoenix Rentals was super helpful! We will definitely return!
