Phoenix 8 Unit #605...This is the perfect condo for a couple, or a family with small kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals while you are at the beach! The Master bedroom is large and has a King sized bed and an adjoining bathroom! And, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed for the kids!

Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. The views are spectacular! This is why you are coming to the beach!!

Phoenix VIII is much smaller than some of the other Phoenix properties which is a good thing! Parking in the front is always available and the elevators are almost never crowded. There is a full service help desk in the lobby where you purchase your parking pass upon arrival.

The best view and absolutely the best area! You’re right on the beach, it’s minutes to walk to. I was so pleased with the room and how clean it was and not to mention the view! I will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend

Bed very comfortable. Tub/shower was tiny ( and we are not big people). Have a great view off balcony straight ahead and down the beach to the west. But view to the east totally obstructed by another building. Would stay there again though.

Everything was exactly as advertised. It was easy check in, the room and parking pass were ready when we arrived. The view from the balcony was amazing during the day and beautiful at night. The walkway to the beach was so much better than most we've visited. The area for rinsing off the sand was great because the sand went through the slots in the grated floor and we didn't have to walk through sand after rinsing. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Only concern was tripping over the threshold of the sliding door leading to the balcony. It's taller than most so pay attention when entering and exiting. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a great unit for a couple to get away and relax. One of the easiest transitions into relaxation once we arrived. It was just the right size and had all of the amenities plus plenty of extra supplies for our week stay. It was easy working with the host, and we never waited for a reply to any of our messages or requests. It was close to several great places to eat and not far from the shopping venues. We would definitely use the unit again if it is ever just the two of us.
