Wow, come relax on the largest balcony at Phoenix VII!! The balcony is partially covered allowing sun bathing without leaving the condo and also offers 2 Lounges and a 6 place table and chairs!!

Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 3rd floor private oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded to included granite countertops and custom cabinets. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Fabulous vacation rental

My husband and infant stayed the week of Memorial Day and it was perfect! This rental is in the perfect location and is close to everything! It is super easy to get to the beach, the pool is wonderful, and the balcony was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

The break we needed

Condo was right size for us as a couple. Clean but needed a few upgrades/repairs; no cover on exhaust fan in bath, shower control terribly confusing. Would have liked more than one hand towel for the bathroom since we stayed 4 nights. Overall a good place to stay. Kitchen provided everything wewe neededplace to stay

Communication with hosts was great! Condo wasn’t clean- bathroom floor was dirty died urine around commode, floors dirty, pop bottles, lids and kids toys under entertainment center. Rug in living room wasn’t vacuumed and stuck up on one side which caused us to repeatedly almost trip over it. Kitche- cabinets have liquid stuff dried down the front of the doors, what looked like peanut butter on the tile behind the sink. Bedroom-clean & nice. Had a strong smell I’m not sure if it’s some kind of deodorizer or what. Balcony- table & chair was great one of the loungers was torn. The view was good.

The bed needs a better cover. It was way to soft. Wouldn't hurt to put a air deflector on vent in bedroom it blows right on you!! Other than that it was great!!

Beachy decor welcomes you, it has everything one needs to prepare meals, close to many restaurants, wonderful large indoor pool with 3 hot tubs outdoor pool, fitness center, ball court, etc. Only issue was the property management company changed the door key code earlier than check out time, and we couldn't get back in to remove our items without a bit of a phone call fuss.

The kitchen was well equipped. The pools are not heated so they were a cold during our stay, but the kids didn’t mind swimming in the indoor one since the room was warm. The hot tubs were great. The beach was the beautiful white sand beach you would expect on the gulf and chair rental service was excellent. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if in Orange beach!

The management company was great to deal with, the on-site management was also very helpful and professional. We found the grounds were well kept and the lobby was quite clean given the Covid-19 conditions, which was important to us.I was somewhat surprised that some neighbors around this unit were allowed to smoke on their balconies, but it was never a problem for us - just a bit surprising given the rules supposedly in place and the large number of kids in the entire area. The beach was great, chair rental was BUSY but we always could get a couple. We really enjoyed the area, the restaurants and shopping - which my wife wore out!!Can't wait to go back after things get back to normal following Sally.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garbage disposal did not work. Kuerig did not work properly. Headrests on recliners were dirty. Balcony was dirty and furniture was in bad repair. No more than three elevators ever worked and usually two. Always a terrible back up. Dirty linens were left by elevators for 3 days. Have stayed in VII many times and overall the building maintenance is no longer acceptable. I would have recommended Phoenix VII prior to this week.

Labor Day 2023

We checked in and the girl at the front asked me to fill out paperwork while she asked me questions. She wasn’t respectful in waiting for me to complete the paperwork. It was rush rush rush. We entered the room 3 1/2 hours after checkin time (3:00) and the couch and two chairs were damp. Gross. The patio door was a hassle to stay locked. There were two door screens propped against patio wall. The window to the bedroom had no curtain so it allowed the hall light in all night long. There was a spring curtain rod(condition poor) laying on the coffee table and we found a black curtain to hang up and it kinda worked since the curtain rod was in pretty bad shape. The throw pillows had price tags still on them. Weird…The power outlets were worn out, so it was hard for our cords to stay plugged in. The toilet needs to be secured to the floor. Overall experience was like 5 out of 10.
