About this property

HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB

Come stay at Harbour Place Unit #103 with our sugary white beaches. You are on the beach. In season there are cushioned chairs with umbrellas for rent.

We have a low density building with 65 units. We have a hot tub and heated indoor pool. You can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. Also for your convenience there is an area with grills and tables to cook your catch of the day, steak or hamburgers and hot dogs.

Inside the unit the living, dining, kitchen and both baths have Italian Travertine tile floors, the second bedroom has carpet flooring and the master bedroom has wood flooring. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and granite counter tops.

2BR 2BA both with queen beds and adjoining bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the second bedroom has a tub with shower. Both beds are very comfortable.

You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach side view. Drink your morning coffee and if you get up early see the Dolphins and in the evenings have your favorite beverage and listen to the waves.

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. The communication with the owner was tremendous. Heated pool, BBQ pits, and closeness to the beach were a plus.The beach view from our room was just as shown on VRBO listing, as well as all the other features. Cost of our unit (per our stay and reviews) was very much in line with what we anticipated, which is a plus.

There is a little drainage issue in the parking lot when it rains,but otherwise a wonderful vacation. Great location and very clean Balcony was perfect lots of amenities included for your stay. I would definitely stay again here.

Great Beach Access!

2024 beach vacation

We have stayed in the harbor place condos before and really liked the location and vibe of the place. My daughter says she has stayed in this unit before and it was great for our current stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

This place was perfect for our trip. The space was great and everything was clean and fresh. The balcony was spacious and perfect for what we needed. This place is definitely 5 stars. I also loved the fact they had carts for luggage and supplies so I didn’t have to make more then 1 trip.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Everything was exactly as mentioned and amazing. Only difference is that she has updated the couch from the pictures to a new comfortable sleeper sofa. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. Will keep it in mind for future vacations.

Great stay

We stayed for spring break. Unit was just as advertised. Very happy with the location, cleanliness and the building. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable! Really appreciated the satellite TV and the wifi was the best we have experienced at Harbour Place. When traveling with teens and tweens good wifi is essential!

My husband and I are retired and spend a great deal of time with our grandchildren. In the summer we enjoy yard work and gardening.

Why they chose this property

We live about 360 miles from the beach but have gone there on vacations for years so it was the natural place to buy. There are lots of things to do with the theme parks, shopping, golfing as well as all the beach activities.

What makes this property unique

I can enjoy the ocean, the indoor/outdoor pool or the hottub. We can grill out, cook in or go to the many great restaurants close by. At the end of the day I enjoy sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves.
