Welcome to Phoenix Vlll Unit 503 located at 27008 Orange Beach, AL. This 5th floor luxury condominium has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, keyless entry and is loaded with all the amenities and luxuries of home.
Phoenix Vlll in Orange Beach, AL. offers the best of luxury comfort nestled on the Gulf of Mexico near Perdido Pass in Orange Beach. Cozier than some of our larger condos, Phoenix Vlll has the same high-quality amenities that have made the Phoenix Properties the most remarkable place to stay on the entire Gulf. Upon arriving one will find all the luxury that makes Phoenix Vlll very unique in itself. From Full-Time Onsite staff, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness Room, lighted tennis court, saunas, hot tubs, gazebos, free WiFi hotspot, Basketball Court and of course the beautiful beach! Upon arrival at the resort all guest vehicles must purchase a parking pass (55.00) from the front desk staff which is located in the main lobby.

If choosing to venture away from the Resort while vacationing Orange Beach offers several local activities, including fishing, jet-skiing, parasailing, shopping, and more. There's plenty of things to do in Orange Beach.

For eating and drinking in Orange Beach there are an array of options with the star of the show of course being our local coastal seafood. If you have a taste for great seafood then you've found a home at beautiful Orange Beach.

Amazing Family Vacation

My husband and I took our 2 grown daughters and their significant others. This 3 bedroom condo was spacious, beautiful, close to all of the places we wanted to go. The beach access was so easy, the pool was amazing, and the whole property was clean and convenient.

The unit was very clean and well furnished. David was great host and made sure our check in was seamless. The balcony was spacious and on the rainy day, was a perfect place to sit and relax and listen to the waves. The pools were very nice and had nice lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend to others!

The condo was just as described and the reviews stated! Very clean and great location. Paul Irving was great to work with and even let us know the condo was ready early! For those of you who do not want a long trek to the front of the beach this place is great! We would definitely stay here again!!

This Direct Gulf Front condo is absolutely beautiful with 3 bdrms/2bath, nice décor and fully equipped with all the amenities of home. In 2018 the family decided to lease their condominium to the general public so they too could enjoy the breath taking views and past and present history of the recording industry.
