Perfect Location and Great Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the manager was wonderful and all information was clear. The location is right in the heart of Orange Beach with access to all the things. We will be staying again!

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to be right by the beach and walk down/up throughout the day. Such a beautiful location and views. Thanks for allowing us to make great family memories. I wish there was a full length broom to sweep more comfortably.

We had a great view 9th floor the full moon over the water site from the balcony was beautiful short walk to the beach we have every thing we needed in the condo for comfort and cooking we enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future

Beautiful Fall Getaway

Spent a few days at this property celebrating my birthday and it was amazing. Very clean, beautiful views, and super close to the beach. Penny communicated well and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return and stay a bit longer next time!

Great Quieter Family Friendly Location

Owner/Manager was very professional and prompt answering my inquiries. Great location and building. Conveniently located close to attractions and nearby Gulf Shores. Great Beach access and amenities. We hope to return to Orange Beach again next fall.

Me and my family had an amazing time here! Everything was as advertised, the view was awesome, and there were so many added amenities (pools, game rooms, tennis courts, etc) that just made it that much more enjoyable! And penny the host was super responsive every single time there was a question which always makes everything so much better! We will be back for sure!

What a great place to stay right on the beach!

This was a lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a carefree beach vacation. The bedrooms are spaced nicely for privacy. Loved the 9th floor view of the beach! Book this one, you won't regret it!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We booked this condo for a thanksgiving getaway to escape the cold in Ohio. This condo had everything we needed!! Spacious, extremely clean, stocked kitchen and a stunning 180 view of beautiful Orange Beach. We will without a doubt be renting this condo again VERY soon!

Condo was very nice and comfortable. View was perfect. Everything worked. There was an issue with one of the elevators during our stay, but management had it fixed within a few hours. Us and several like us were leaving our beach chairs, umbrellas, toys outside of the condos in an effort to keep the sand out. There are several alcoves on each floor where these items would fit and not be a safety risk. However, we were told we had to bring all those things inside, and so did everyone else. I just really think the condos would stay in better shape if there were better areas outside for folks to keep their beach items.

Why they chose this property

Being up on the 9th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen and 1 Full beds + 1 queen sofa bed in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
