we enjoyed every minute there. the ocean view and constant breeze are just wonderful. see saw dolphins, sea hawks with the fish they had just caught and seagulls and pelicans everyday. beach itself was super clean and beach dude ' Walker' kept it that way. he set up the rentable umbrellas and chairs every morning and took them up every evening. very hard working guy! the pool was very clean and maintained. grills are heavy duty and great to use. WE HAD A BALL!!!!! me and my crew gives it two thumbs up.

This place was great! Beautiful view of the gulf and great location right on the beach. Our family had everything we needed with the beach, pools, hot tubs, and exercise rooms. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the whole family commented on how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if we head back to Orange Beach for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our spring break stay in this well-maintained unit. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she promptly took care of a minor cable issue that arose during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family-sized meals for the week. A great unit, and we definitely recommend it!

The condo was clean and large enough for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen has more than enough plates, silverware, etc. and was also child friendly. The DishTV subscription was a pleasant surprise. The splash pad was a big hit with the children. It was obvious that this was a popular location so getting to the pool earlier in the day is advised. We would be happy to return.

Lovely condo in a perfect location. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 4 teenagers that went on this trip. This condo is in Phoenix I but you have access to amenities in Phoenix I-IV which includes an indoor pool, if it rains. Elevators were never a problem other than peak times of checking in or out, which is totally normal and to be expected. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We would book this condo again.
