Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen in the Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Fulls in Guest Bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.

Quick Spring Break

Had a great last minute trip for Spring Break. Everything was very clean and updated. The condo was the perfect location for our family to be close to our friends down there. Will definitely try to stay there again.

Very nice!

Very nice condo for multiple family stay. They have multiple elevators and that helps out so much, even though on top floor we had no problems at all getting to cars or beach. We have stayed places where you have to wait and wait just on a elevator to get down stairs. The only thing I can think of that would help is maybe a couple door mats inside the unit at the doors. The floor did get a little dirty,although we had a vacuum and a mop there was no mop bucket or floor cleaner. Overall we were very pleased and had a great family vacation!!

Great location, poor cleanliness, outdated

The property was as described, however, we had several other friends staying at neighboring units and this unit was very outdated compared to the others that were also the same price. The unit accommodated our group just fine, but the cleanliness upon arrival was sub par at best. Dirty countertops, dirty tile floors, dirty bedroom floors, etc. I would suggest looking for another unit at Phoenix 10 before settling on this one.

Spring Break

Our stay was awesome! The master bathroom needs a little love and the toilet is VERY tiny. The other bathroom is very nice and updated. The patio is large with an amazing view of the gulf. It’s right next to Flora-Bama. The kitchen was well stocked and clean.
