When it is time for a beach break, Phoenix 209 is the place for you. This 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom custom condominium located within the atrium has had a complete makeover! The new look includes beautiful coastal colors from walls to furniture, new drapes and flooring and granite countertops. Come relaxin this premium unit with a large flat screen TV in the living room or on the extended balcony with breathtaking views of the sugar white sands of the Gulf ofMexico. Or sleep on the large king size bed and listen to the waves roll in with balcony access from the master bedroom. (Bonus: new King mattress in the master bedroom!) A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom with a flat screen TV. And the third bedroom has two double beds with a flat screen TV. If you need more sleeping space, the new couch folds out to a queen size bed.



If you enjoy cooking during your vacation this kitchen will not disappoint. There are stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to create culinary masterpieces. You can serve the meal at the large dining table that seats 6people and 4 additional people at the high top counter.



There is no better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. For starters this resort has a parking deck so that you won’t get wet on those unfortunate rainy days. There are plenty of activities for the whole family including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a newly renovated zero entry outdoor pool and new grilling area. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don’t forget we are right next door to the world famous Flora-Bama.



This unit is keyless so you don’t have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This condo was just a pictured. It was spacious and close to everything. It had one of the most comfortable beds in the master that I’ve ever slept on. I had the best rest while there. I would definitely book again.

Huge balcony overlooking pool

Nice condo with great view and short walking distance to beach. Perfect location if you like to go to Flora Bama or walk over to eat at the Yacht Club. Would recommend.

JUNE 2022 VACATION

The property was great! The views from the balcony cannot be beat!! The unit had ample towels and supplies in the kitchen. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable with adequate bedding and pillows. Our only issue was the outdoor pool was shut down a few times for maintenance but only for about 30 to 45 minutes at a time.

Property was nice as expected...we are frequent guests at the Phoenix X. This particular unit was ok but not as clean as we would have liked. There were roaches in several rooms...small German roaches. Ceiling fan in one bedroom made banging noise and we had to take the globe off to sleep at night (left it on the dresser). Also, one lamp in the living room did not work and we had to reconnect some electronics to the tvs. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we will not be renting this unit again.

Love this place!

I love to stay at the Phoenix X. This was a nice unit but you have to turn the TV on manually. The toaster does not work unless you hold it down. There are definitely not enough towels for 6 adults. We had to wash them everyday. The toilet paper is like stopping at a truck stop! You definitely want to bring your own. I do like that they have plenty of elevators and they are all glass. I don’t like a regular elevator so this is a big plus for me.

Great condo and awesome balcony!

This was a well furnished condo with plenty of space and kitchenware for my family. We LOVED the extended balcony! It was a great place to sit when it was a little too chilly and windy on the beach. There was plenty of places to sit for tv watching or playing cards. The management was quick to communicate with us. I couple of items on my wish list would be a place to put our groceries. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils and bowls and such that here was no place to put our food except the top of the counter. There was a coffee maker but not a pod coffee maker (I had brought the pods with me and not filters and coffee). Both are not deal breakers by any means, just something to be aware of. We love Phoenix X and will be back!

Really nice place, love the layout! Had everything we needed in the condo. Beautiful view! Property manager very easy to reach and pleasant to deal with. Just a couple areas in the unit could have been clean better to me and the master bedroom there was a cord missing from the cable box so no TV in that room. Which was not a big deal for us. The real inconvenience for us was the garbage chute was under construction and had to ro another floor to empty trash. They had a big barbage can on the floor but stayed full of trash and trash piled up around it blocking the walk area at times. better to me.

The area is not family friendly and felt more like FL Spring break than family vacation. This condo is adjacent to FloraBama restaurant and bar which I am sure is what contributes to the crowd it attracts. The unit smelled nice but not clean. Poop smear on outside of toilet, blood stained pillows and random trash found under beds, corners and in the sofa. Broken refrigerator drawers, shelves, furniture burned out light bulbs, dead remote batteries became frustrating. Give this unit an overhaul. For what is paid for cleaning, we left it better than we received it.

Nice but needs maintenance

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay, but the facility needs some deep cleaning and repairs. The toaster didn’t work, shower curtain hardware was broke so didn’t hold curtain well, patio furniture needs upgraded and oven door front panel almost broke my toe because it kept falling off. The king bed is worn out and not comfortable. Not sure who cleans after each stay but needs to be better! Didn’t mention in the description that it’s right above the indoor pool and beside basketball court, so noisy at times. I did have to contact the owner to have the oven door repaired and for insects but he addressed our concerns promptly.

Relaxing!!!!

My family loved this condo. It was perfect for what we was looking for. It’s on the second floor, my mom and grandma do not like being on the upper levels. I on the other hand usually like to wake up and go on the balcony and be high enough to see if I can see any animals in the water before people get out on the beach. With the parking garage I was able to go up to the 9 floor and get to see the water from up high. We are music lovers, having flora bama next door was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We can hear the beach band during the day while being on the beach. The noise in the room could be a bit much because you can sometimes hear people in the indoor pool or the basketball court but for us this was no problem. In fact we loved being next to the basketball room so I could just check on the kids by walking out the room and taking 2 steps. The balcony was one of the best balconies the property had. You could either lay out and tan or be in the shade. The balcony was our favorite place in the unit. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We prefer not to be in the middle of everything and enjoyed being able to travel easily into Gulf Shores and Foley to enjoy The Track, The Hangout and the outlet mall. We were also close enough that we made a day at Pensacola beach and were able to see the Blue Angels do a “beach buzz” and some other kid activities there. The condo met our needs but a few things could be replaced. Pros:LocationHeated indoor poolClose enough to more touristy things but far enough away to be quietIndoor basketball (loud) but kept the kids happy and free entertainment since the 3 of them love to play. Cons:Pans in the kitchen warped Some of the utensils/bowls/cookware were put away dirty. Microwave didn’t heat/cook wellTV remotes need replaced as they didn’t work well (LR TV)Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning between stays. Found candy and trash under beds when we were packing up before left. Some of the furniture in the balcony needs replaced, rust/corrosion on the legs made them wobble.

Here is a list we made: Light bulbs missing or not working in numerous places, Broom broken and put together with duck tape, Floor, fan and main light fixture dirty, blower dryer broken in master suit, Coffee pot close to being on its last leg, Refrigerator-drawers broken, shelves in door missing, Door to laundry room-slats dirty and floor dirty, Exhaust fan cover missing, closet doors broken in double full bedroom, ceiling fan full of dust, floor in kitchen dirty upon arrival. We love this unit and will stay again but it definitely needs some love!

There were a few things that we thought could be addressed for the amount that was paid for a week. There was a huge hole in the ceiling in the smaller bathroom. Seemed like it used to be a vent but was not replaced. The master bathroom had a big water stain by the vent. The condo needs a deep cleaning. The base of the toilets were gross. There were dust bunnies and wrappers behind the chairs in the living room. They need more cups in the kitchen and a wine opener. The appliances were showing some wear and tear as well. The broom was duct taped together, which made sweeping almost impossible. We loved the balcony and the view was unbeatable.
