Phoenix 10 exterior maintenance project taking place beginning April 20, 2026 and lasting through second week of May 2026, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect:
• No unit entry will be required for this project. Swing stages will be set up on stacks for units ending in 6, 7, 13, and 14 only at this time.
• The contractor anticipates that each expansion joint will take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.
• Work will be performed one joint at a time utilizing a single swing stage.
• Residents should expect periodic noise from power tools during construction.
• Approved working hours for noisy activities are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• There will be no work performed on Friday, April 24, 2026, in observance of the Mullet Toss event at the Flora-Bama.
