Everything was as described. It comfortably slept our family of 7. Linens were clean and all the beds were comfortable (we didn’t pull out the sofa bed). No complaints voiced. Thank you for the experience. Our family is truly grateful. I believe it would be crowded quickly if 10 people were staying there; otherwise, every thing was great!!

Beach, view, Phoenix VII property was great. Condo was fair. Hall bathroom sink was stopped up. Master bedspread had blood stains. Kitchen was nice with everything in it!

I do want to address the concerns you mentioned. The quilt in the master was freshly washed before your arrival. There was a tiny red spot about the size of a pinhead that did wash out, but it definitely was not a bloodstain. I wish I had known during your stay so I could have checked it right away or provided a replacement. I also wasn’t aware of the hall bathroom sink draining slowly, and I apologize for that. It has since been addressed. I truly appreciate your honesty, and I’m glad the rest of the condo met your needs. I hope we’ll have the chance to host you again for an even better stay next time. 🌴✨

The decor is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, the use of the wagon and beach items was a plus! The dryer took a long time to dry the clothes. It was not 5 star as promised. There was only one dish towel. It was spacious for 5 people.
