We have stayed in Orange Beach and along the Gulf Coast for many years and this was by far the best vacation yet! The owners of the condo are super accommodating and fun people; the condo itself is close to everything you need and so well equipped that you never have to leave! The balcony has a perfect view of both the sunrise and sunset and the gulf waters 24 hours a day. The warm inside pool was also incredible for weather days or when it's cooler outside. So much fun!!!

Great Vacation Spot

This place is beautiful and comfortable and we loved the convenience of the easy beach access. We will be back to enjoy more Orange Beach sunsets and white sands. Excellent choice for bigger families.

Fabulous view

Loved the location of this condo. View was great, beautiful white sand beach that was not crowded at all. Saw dolphins almost every day. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Spot in Orange Beach

Location was perfect for everything in the area. Listing is very accurate with a lot of the extras not always found on VRBO. Hope to stay here again. We were a family of 8 staying at this location.

Very nice condo on the beach!

This condo checked all the boxes. The owners are attentive and went out of their way to provide an extensive guide of the local area. Highly recommended if your are in Orange Beach.

Beautiful beach

The property was clean and comfortable and very enjoyable. The beach is beautiful with white sand and mostly clear water. The pool is really nice too. The property management was great and I really appreciated not having to deal with washing sheets or towels before checking out. It was a great experience and I’ll miss the view from the balcony.

Perfect Getaway

Group of 7. Three adults and four kids under the age of 12. Condo was perfect, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We love nights on the balcony watching storms and crab hunters, day time at the pool and beach, and so close to several restaraunts and shops! Would reccomend and would definately stay again!

The location and view from The Pelican Perch is amazing. Even on windy days, our balcony was calm and peaceful for the most gorgeous view. Checking in was simple and secure. The hosts provided much and more information of what you needed for a smooth stay. The furnishings were all nice and the beds were comfy. Any issues we had were communicated directly to the hosts who were highly responsive. Also we didn’t noticed until it was too late that we needed to bring beach towels so please make sure to bring your own! Overall good stay.

This was a perfect location for our family.

Summer House 802B was a perfect location for our family. We had planned for 9 people, but ended up with only 5. The condo was spacious, clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. There were NO problems or concerns (and I'm picky). We are ready to go again!!

Perfect end of summer getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Carrie’s oceanfront condo. It was perfect for our family and my daughter’s first beach experience. The location was perfect and super easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed some of their local recommendations such as The Gulf and The Avenue for some yummy beach eats. Our 3 year old loved having the nets for our nightly crab hunting walks. We are already talking about coming back next year! Would highly recommend this location as the owners have been great at communicating and making sure everything was just as described!

Great layout for kids

The bunk bed room is awesome for my teen kids who needed to share a room but did Not want to share a bed. Very clean. Great location. Lost of shops within walking distance. Beautiful pool. Overflow parking across the street was a huge plus too.
