3 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse level condo in the Island Royale Tower on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. From the east corner balcony you have unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches and aqua blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Enjoy the beautiful city lights of Gulf Shores at night!

Newly redecorated in December, 2022. This luxury condo has ceramic tile floors, high ceilings, crown moulding, stainless appliances, granite counters, and designer touches everywhere!

You'll love the layout! This condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The main living area features a sofa bed and ample seating, 50' 1080 DP, 60HZ TV, dining for 6 and a breakfast bar. Triple sliding glass door leads to the balcony and allows incredible views from inside and out.

The Gulf Front King Master Suite features 32' flat screen TV, and its own private bath. The double slider opens to the Gulf Front balcony and provides a stellar water view.

The Queen Master Suite features a 32' flat screen TV, and private bath with glassed-in shower. Enjoy the views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay from the balcony.

The King Guest Suite off the main hall has 32' flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. This set up allows for a third private master suite!

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a great vacation! You'll find upscale stainless and aluminum cookware, wine glasses, ample dinnerware and glassware, and every utensil and gadget we could think of. For the kids, we have our popular 'Kids Collection' of fun beach tableware.

Our balcony is the best! Upscale outdoor furnishings and over 350 sq ft facing the Gulf of Mexico. You have a 270~ view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, Little Lagoon, downtown, and front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks from the Gulf State Park!

To complete your vacation experience, our condo offers Free Wi-Fi, a reserved garage parking space, it's own separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.

Awesome!!!!! From beginning to end we had the BEST time. Our Condo was beautiful and very functional. Rooms were all spacious. Bathrooms and showers perfect. The Deck was extra large and overlooked the Beach. The Beach was so close and the pool for the kids was perfect. Hot Tub at night was wonderful. Provided so many items for beach and swimming like chairs, umbrellas and floatables were an extra bonus. Provided so many carts for carrying stuff back and forth. Walmart delivered Toni’s every day. The entire stay was perfect. We will be back for sure!! Thank you!

Scrapbooking retreat

The property was kept up well, we felt very safe. There were three of us and we loved having our own bathroom. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Very comfortable beds, we were supplied with everything we needed. The decor was very tasteful.

This place was great! Decorated beautifully, clean and in a great location - right on the beach and close to everything. Pool was heated so we were able to swim outside in March. There was plenty of space for me, my spouse, our two children and my parents. It was a great place for a family getaway.

Perfect Condo!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and many thoughtful touches make this condo a wonderful place to stay. The balcony has a great view of the beach and is the best place to start the day. The kitchen was fully equipped, also. Would rent again without hesitation. Hope to be back soon!

The three bed/three bath was perfect for our three families….and there was plenty of room to set up the babies playpen, which was a lifesaver! Only “complaint” is there was only one roll of tp for each bathroom for a full week, so we had to buy more! Very comfortable stay, just make sure to bring/buy dish soap, hand soap and extra paper products.

Great Condo for families

This 3 bedroom condo worked great for our family vacation in Gulf Shores. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view was amazing. The pool and hot tube were great since we couldn't be in the ocean due to 2 red flags almost all week. The only issue was the elevators didn't always work.

As a native Californian, I spent my childhood growing up in Manhattan Beach, Ca. A new job opportunity brought me to Tennessee in 1987 after college. Looking for the nearest beach, a co-worker suggested Gulf Shores. In the Spring of 1988, I came to Gulf Shores for the first time and I was stunned by its natural beauty, white sandy beaches, blue-green waters, and peaceful serenity. I have vacationed in Gulf Shores every year since 1988.

Why they chose this property

It's all about the balcony and the view. I believe that Island Royale condos have best balconies, especially the corner units on the east side of the building. The east corner balconies do not get the hot afternoon sun in the summer. And, since the building is right on the sand, the sound of the waves on the beach make the balcony my favorite part of the condo. I also like the layout of the penthouse corner units in Island Royale. The floorplan offers the option for 3 private master suites, so, you have the flexibility of spending time together in the living room or balcony, but everyone can have their own space too. Island Royale is a smaller building on a less densely built stretch of beach in Gulf Shores so the beach is never crowded, even on the most popular holidays.
