Inside the 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit, you’ll find a spacious layout with a great ocean view from the 5th floor balcony as well as views of the bay from other windows. Freshly painted and updated, this unit sleeps 8 comfortably and is well outfitted for guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table as well as breakfast bar with stools, wet bar and living room in one open area. The living room has a new sleeper sofa as well as new upholstered chairs, large mounted TV and a fireplace for our winter guests.
Bedrooms are the perfect place to unwind. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with new mattress and linens, walk-in closet, attached bathroom with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress and linens and a large closet. It is connected to a guest bathroom that can be entered through the room itself or through the main area. This full bath features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower. There is a full washer and dryer utility closet and a storage closet outside the front entrance where beach gear can be stored. There are several TVs and high speed Internet access keeps you connected (if you want to be)!
Amenities include a large outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy boating and fishing on Ole River, across the street, as well as two lighted tennis courts. Boat/jet ski slips are available.
Located between the Perdido Pass Bridge and the Florida-Alabama state line (where you’ll find famed “FloraBama”), across from Ono Island, WindDrift allows you to enjoy the closeness of restaurants, shopping, etc. while also enjoying the peacefulness of the open beach. It is also a low-density building (7 floors), which means less congestion for you. It’s simply a great place for families and friends to enjoy time together in a great location!
There are several great restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles from the unit, as well as marinas to take fishing trips or simply watch the boats come in each day. The Wharf, located on the intercoastal, features shopping restaurants, a 15-screen movie complex, 10,000-seat Amphitheater and the tallest ferris wheel in the Southeast. There are also several other family entertainment options with Waterville USA, putt-putt golf, go-carts, etc. In Foley, you’ll find Tanger Center Outlet where great deals can be found on clothing and other household items.
