Enjoy the perfect Orange Beach getaway at Emerald Key 202—a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo on the 2nd floor that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Ideally positioned on the sugar-white sands and just a short walk to local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, this condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Inside, you'll find 1,302 sq. ft. of inviting living space, including a fully stocked kitchen for preparing your favorite meals when you're not enjoying the nearby dining options. The bright living room features floor-to-ceiling balcony doors that fill the space with natural light and offer stunning Gulf views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine.

The primary suite includes private balcony access with breathtaking beachfront views. The first guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added comfort and convenience.

With restaurants and grocery stores just across the street—and only 18 units in the building—you'll appreciate the quiet atmosphere, easy beach access, and no long elevator waits.

The Emerald Key complex features a beachfront outdoor pool, a private boardwalk to the beach, and a convenient grilling area.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Orange beach family vacation condo

The property was very spacious, nicely updated and decorated, and conveniently located. The view from the room was incredible. We enjoyed the smaller building with fewer rentals so the beach wasn’t as crowded. We would definitely stay again!
